Beginners beware - you will get robbed !, 11/21/2012

Don't take this class if you are a beginner or inexperienced on motorcycles. If you cannot keep up with the "objectives of the class," in the time allotted for exercises you will be told you "cannot... continue." No second chances, money gone. There is no offer to come back and redo anything or discounts on a future class. It happened to me. It was my first time on a motorcycle and they knew this before I even put the money down. Did the best I could, and was starting to get the hang of it, but wasn't good enough once the time for the exercise elapsed. I was told there are too many students in class, and they couldn't take the time for individual assistance. Just like that. I'm now going to go to Ride Norther Arizona in Peoria, which is only $150 and if you fail, they allow you to come back to future classes if there is space until you pass. Very fair and reasonable deal. No pressure that you are going to be robbed if you don't master the exercises in 10 minutes. Sure the staff is friendly, but what good is that when you're told you can't finish the "Beginners" class you paid 200+ bucks for? Waste of money. Shady business practice.

Head up, look where you're going, 5/15/2011

These guys know what they're doing, and before they're done so will you. They are ver patient, and their success rate is extremely high because they seem to care. Definitely the people you need to... check out if you're interested in learning to ride!

Fantastic Experience

Its been 2 and a half years since I went through Ridesmart for my rider course. The rider coaches were very professional, patient and courteous to us newbies. They made the weekend a fun positive experience for us all and I still hear their voices in my head when making a turn (look where you want to go, look through the turn) and when I start off on my ride (head and eyes up) Their positive coaching style and fun personalities made it a great experience for me, and I highly recommend them to anyone starting out in the motorcycle world.
