My family and I have been clients for years.. until a recent BILLING DISPUTE. Doctor's office made a MISTAKE and are refusing to accept responsibility. Doctor/ his staff are ignoring calls and messages and are bullying/threatening with collections. Very unfortunate and unprofessional to say the least. BEWARE of this clinic and the rude and money hungry staff and doctor, who turns out cares more about a payday then a patient.

Dr. Rikhter was such a blessing. I have seen many many doctors in the past few years and he has helped me the most, hands-down. He has even trumped the specialists I've seen and helped to diagnose and resolve multiple issues I've been having. Not only that, but he definitely cares, he listens, and respects that it is a relationship and not a hierarchy. I highly recommend him.

I've been going to Dr. Rikhter for years, as do the majority of my colleagues, for primary care visits (as well, we are in the healthcare industry). He has always been kind, patient, attentive and professional. Furthermore, he seems to genuinely care about me as a person and consults with me on ways to reduce my stress or other sources of symptoms from which I may be visiting him. (for the record, I am a young, fit and attractive female who has never been even slightly uncomfortable with Dr. Rikhter's care).

This is an old fashioned practice where the phone is answered by a polite and helpful person (no voice mail!), the nurses are friendly and kind, your calls are promptly returned, and the doctor calls you himself if he needs to talk to you. I feel that Dr. Rikhter cares about my welfare, and he obviously keeps up on the latest in medicine. Very happy with this doctor and this practice!

I was shocked at the way he spoke to me - using the word "hottie", said I was "turning him on" and telling me to lift up my shirt, but not too high so I wouldn't flash him my "boobies". He also insulted my body in various ways, pointing out flaws and making jokes of them. He wouldn't stop talking (in a manic way) about his fancy cars and his girlfriend who looks like a model. The whole experience made me feel awful and disrespected, and sicker than I already was.

I cannot say enough how much this doctor's care has meant to me. I feel truly blessed to have found him, and wouldn't trade him for anything. He is patient, listens, doesn't waste money, gives options and very caring. Can't say enough about how pleased I am.

I am very happy with Dr. Rikhter's service. He is a great doctor, always has the right diagnosis and makes my visits fun and careless. He is a great person too and really cares about his patients.

With all the complaints about HMOs and sub-par medical attention, it's great to know there are still physicians like Dr Rikhter. He takes his time to know you and how your health ties in with your lifestyle. Very professional, as is all his staff. New doctors should view him as a role model to emulate.

I am very glad I found Dr. Rikhter finally. I had thyroid problems that nobody diagnosed becasue I was in the "normal" range. Dr. Rikhter understands "normal" is not about a chart and there are many ranges and multiple tests. I had suffered with this problem for years and he was the first to really figure it out. He takes alot of time to make sure you understand what is happening. He really cares. And, it is often hard to get into an endocrynologist, as they only treat people with major problems, Dr. Rikhter is very thorough and I HIGHLY recommend him!
