I took my maserati to ringtec and long story short Paul had my vehicle for 2 and a half months, didnt communicate with me at all and charged me over six thousand dollars for a crank pulley replacement. I got a quote from ferrari down the street for 3700 parts and labor and I would have my car back in a week or less. The experience with paul was the most unproffesional biggest rippoff of my life. This guy has no class and you will regret it if you take your vehicle to him.

Paul at Ringtec has been servicing my Audi A6 for the past 5 years. He is truly an expert mechanic who provides top quality service and advice at very good value. I used Audi dealers prior to discovering Ringtec and Paul is by far the best option for Audi.

I stumbled upon Paul's shop a couple of years ago and am thankful for it. I've taken 2 Jettas (2000/2002) and my girlfriend's '02 Audi A4 in for service, and have had nothing but pleasant experiences.

Paul's shop is the mark that all other repair shops should be measured. He is always honest, helpful, and more than capable. I can't tell you the all the trouble and lack of quality I had taking my 2003 VW Jetta TDI to dealerships or random repair shops. I've been to Paul a couple of times now, and I don't have to question that he is going to do what I paid to have done, and he is going to do it the way you would do it if you could. It is such a refreshing feeling after getting jerked around by dealers that don't even know how to troubleshoot problems on a diesel engine.

I have used Paul and Ringtec for about 2 years now. Paul has been my savior. It seems every little thing that can go wrong does go wrong with my '02 Audi A4 but Paul has been able to take care of it quickly and for much more reasonable price than any dealership. Overall, he is a trustworthy guy who you can believe when he tells you something needs to be fixed. He also was able to save me a few hundred bucks by recommending using a used parts website for an accessory for my Audi. I don't bother checking anywhere else when something is wrong with my car. As long as I have an Audi, Ringtec will be servicing it.

I don't write many reviews however I was very happy with the customer service I received from Paul. He was able to diagnose the multiple issues with my VW Jetta, explain each issue in simple english and provided a detail quote which beat any dealership. If you have a VM, Audi or Volvo, Paul should be your mechanic.

Unless you are bound by a warranty to use the dealer for repairs, you are doing yourself a great disservice by not using Paul at Rintec to repair your VW. He gave us a no-BS assesment of everything that needed to be repaired on our VW, but didn't presure us into purchasing unneeded services. The quality of his work was superb, and his prices will beat the dealer almost every time. I'm a lifetime customer. Thanks Paul.

I recently took my 2003 VW Passat to Ringtec because it was running rough. Paul quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown coil. He advised me that he ought to replace all 4 coils and all 4 spark plugs. He told me exactly what he was going to do, he told me how much the parts and labor would be, he did exactly what he said he would, he charged me exactly what he said he would, and my car was ready when he said it would be. All these seem to be a rarity in today's world. He was accurate, professional, courteous, and honest. I will take my car to Ringtec for all my service needs. I highly recommend Ringtec for VW service.

The service on my VW Jetta was prompt and professional with a personal touch. I had my car back the next day. But check this out: a few years back, the dealer had to fix a defective window, but being the slob I am, I'd left shreds of packing tape on the door and window from my own temporary fix. Paul's repairs were completely unrelated, but he'd taken the time to clean off the tape and glue -- without comment. I didn't even notice until after I'd left. Wow. I'll never go back to a certain Smyrna dealer service department. Paul @ Ringtec cares about your car as much as you do -- maybe more.

Exceptional service from a technician who has the experience and know-how to ensure that the right service was performed on my Audi 90 Quattro. Ringtec Atlanta is the best audi service place around. Paul really serviced my needs and got my car problems fixed! The turnaround time was great and I was without a car for a very short time. I definitely recommend him highly!

Paul is a very trustworthy technician. You feel like you are getting an honest answer and not like someone is trying to upsale things. My car was fixed right the first time and I did not have to go back. Would recommend him to anyone!!!!!! Great work. Thanks
