Chris is honest, reliable, and very knowledgeable about Hondas. He charges what he quotes, does what he says, and helps you understand what he is doing. I looked for a new mechanic after moving to Cumming, but quickly learned my lesson and will make the drive to see Chris.

I just moved here from Dallas, Tx about 6 months ago. I just recently bought a Acura and needed a good mechanic that is fair on the price. I am very picky with where I take my cars to. You won't EVER EVER find me taking my car to some rinky dinky valvoline or random auto shop. I read the reviews on here which were old but decided to check it out. I got there and spoke to Chris who is the owner. It used to belong to his dad and he took over to my understanding so its family owned. Chris was VERY informative about his work and was VERY fair on his price, beat most places by almost 40%. While I was there I also asked him about doing a Valve Adjustment on my Honda Pilot with 110k miles. Instead of him saying sure come on in while he had the cash register dinging in his head, he asked me if the engine was making any noise. He told me if the engine isnt making any noise then don't bother because the engines are pretty solid. Was very honest! I knew he was a good and honest guy the first time I met him and spoke to him. I am definately coming back and highly recommend for anyone to even stop by to speak to Chris. You can tell he knows his stuff when you talk to him and not some BS mechanic that talks the talk but cant do any of it.

I have driven Hondas for many years and have found this auto repair shop to be particularly helpful. They get the work done in a timely fashion. They communicate what needs to be done prior to the service being completed so there are no hidden charges. Auto repair is always expensive but this shop does a good job at a reasonable price.

I've had my Accord serviced here 3 times over the last few years. I'm completely satisfied. Chris is great to work with and the prices easily beat the dealerships.

I've been taking my Honda to Chris for ove 12 months now. Very nice and knowledgeable. Definitely cares about the customer. Typically scenario where a top a tech leaves a dealership to start their own shop.

Chris is one of the few out there. Hard to find but once you go to this place a few times, and I've been about six times now, you start to realize not only how straight-forward and fair Chris is but you'll also see the quality of work done. I've never had to return my vehicle because it wasn't done properly. I've never had a problem and Chris has been nothing but fair with me when I come in to the shop. I found him through the NPR Car Talk website that only lists mechanics with reputations for honesty and fair prices. Chris and his crew fit the profile. I don't trust mechanics until they earn that trust. Chris has earned it and now I don't go to anyone else.

This family-owned auto repair shop specializes in Hondas. They treat customers with respect and are very honest. I've taken my Honda and Acura vehicles there for 15 years and never had a complaint.

Chris has always given my car the best possible care. He is honest and very fair with the estimates and charges. Work is done in timely fashion and always gives courtesy call before starting any work.
