poor customer relations
Went to the store in Woodland Hills CA to return a battery powered toothbrush that stopped working after one week. Did not keep the receipt for a $6.00 item. Was told to go get another one-I said no, want a different brand.Brought up the Rite Aid for scanning purposes plus the Spin Brush I selected. Rite was on sale a dollar less than I paid-no big deal. Computer then deducted an additional $2.24 because I did not have the receipt. Wound up costing me $3.24 for an item that worked one week. Was told by corporate that the mgr was wrong; correctionit is the company that is wrong-the computer generated the price, not the mgr.Lousy policies, lousy merchandisethank goodness there are CVS and Walgreens nearby.Stay away from Rite-Aid...
