were sent via American Home Shield to repair AC system. Spent about 15 minutes, and said it was an electrical issue. Called electrician who came out and spent about 2 hours looking at all possible electrical issues - including opening up the AC unit to discover that the unit was getting power to it no problem. Called Rite Temp back and explained the findings to them - they got defensive both to us and the electrician. called another company - they were here in under 2 hours and fixed the ac in about 10 minutes. makes you seriously question the Rite Temp technician's diagnostic skills.

I called them because my thormistate was only working for the air conditioner - not the heater. After they left I found out it wasn't working for either heater or air , also they left my basement a mess -

Referred by AHS Very unprofessional, kids screaming in the background, the dispatch yelling back at them. It took over two weeks to get service. Parts ordered and they could not coordinate the pick. Reported it to AHS and I cannot understand why they are using this company. They do not deserve a rating. Horrible customer service do not use them.

This company was unfortunately one of the most difficult to work with in some time. Twice, while calling the office phone, a young child answered the phone. The person who answers the phone always put us on hold, had difficulty communicating what would happen next and, unfortunately, had a temper. We did receive this company as a referral by AHS and will never use again. I cannot recommend them at all! Stay Away!
