True 5-star service
My wife and I stayed here for a recent anniversary. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and great location (my wife loved the closeby shopping!) This was more of an experience rather than just a stay at a hotel. We will certainly be returning and will be looking forward to visiting other Ritz Carltons around the world.
