HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. When I drove up, there was a 'delivery' van parked in front of the drive in window which blocked the drive-up space. Mary, the owner, was outside along with the driver of the van (which I later found out is her boyfriend) talking and writing. I asked them to pull up and Mary yelled "WELL, WHERE IS HE SUPPOSED TO PARK?" I thought to myself - maybe in the parking lot? She then rudely took my cleaning items inside and I noticed them both laboring over the debit card machine for about 3-4 minutes. She came out and said she had charged me $413 in error instead of $13 !! This came directly out of my checking account! She said she as issuing a refund for $400 and it should be showing in my account immediately. When I got home several hours later, I checked online and the only thing showing was the $413 charge! I called the bank and they told me to wait until morning for the refund to come thru. It is now morning and no refund. I have filed a claim with the bank and it could take up to 10 days to get the money back in my account. I found her rude and incompetent and will never go back. Beware of this place - there are many other cleaners in East Cobb who are competent with good customer service. They may be slighly cheaper but you get what you pay for!!

This is one of the friendliest and cheapest dry cleaners in East Cobb. I would recommend them highly. They are located on Johnson Ferry North and are very convenient and reliable.

Ritz Cleaners ruined two of my silk dresses. The dresses are the same color, same designer and same material. When I picked them up, they both had the same discolorations through the material. The owner Mary Gilbert said that because I may or may not have worn perfume while wearing the dresses previously, their cleaning method only "exposed damage I had already done". It's businesses like this make me sick to my stomach. No apology for the error. A simple "customer burden of proof" explanation and that's that. I would NOT recommend this business. I've used their service for two years and yet I'm not a valuable enough customer to take care of. She even yelled at ME and hung up on me when I simply asked what's their policy when a garment is damaged. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! Save yourself the trouble.

If you want to make sure you get your items back or be treated right do not go to this cleaners. I prepaid to have a handmade comforter cleaned and was told they mistakenly gave it to the wrong customer. When I offered to provide the replacement cost in writing of the comforter from the place that made it the owner screamed obscenities at me and hung up the phone. Our family had given her a lot of business for many months and this is how she treated us. She did not take care of the problem as a business owner should.

My clothes did not look like they had been cleaned, although I am sure they had been) and they were not pressed correctly. I mean poorly pressed. I will have to return to my former dry cleaners and bring my $50+ dollars worth of Ritz cleaning to them.
