Went to them for over 10 years, but over the last couple years they've tanked. Too bad, really. For whatever reason they've lost their great mechanics are are now using guys that are completely inept. Replace steering lines... fittings leak. Suggest a brake job, brakes not needed. Almost everything over last couple years had to be redone (wasting my time having to keep bringing cars back in). The last straw was when they replaced my tires on my classic car and put one of the exclusive front wheels on the back and of course an exclusive back wheel on the front (wheels ride at a different distance from the hub, fronts closer in, rears set farther out). Yes, I definitely reminded them the wheels were exclusive front or back. This meant no alignment would ever work on the car until corrected. They couldn't figure out what they did and that issue ate my tires up in a couple short months while also making the car drive like crap. When a different mechanic finally figured out what Riverbend had done, Riverbend refused to take responsibility for this "stupid mistake" (words of my new mechanic). I'm out over a thousand dollars in tires, plus the cost of going to another alignment shop and the new mechanic who figured out the mistake. I offered what I thought was a completely reasonable fix. Don't give me cash, just give me a $600 credit toward future work and a new alignment (now wheels are correct). Refused to do anything. Too bad.

THINK TWICE ABOUT THESE GUYS! I have gone there for 4 or more repairs with good service and fair prices, until today. Price was 200 higher than estimate with no extras to account for it. Was charged 5 hours of labor when the car was there less than 4 total (from pull in to pull out) and I know parts needed to ordered and delivered from a local store. These times are tough for all- but this is NO EXCUSE to Fleece customers. Gonna seek legal advise, but will never go there again!!

What can I say? I'm a very satisfied customer. I got tired of the ridiculous prices at the dealership. Their service and prices are super. Looking forward to go back, well, not really, but you know what I mean.

I dont know about the last person (ranger555) but I have allways found Glen to be very fair. Ive never had a problem with the work. They have excellent Technicians who are very accurate and honest with thier diagnosis, and allways explain my options in full detail.

I had to take my car back in for the same problem numerous times and they would not honor the warranty. I have taken my car elsewhere and multiple places mentioned what a poor job they did.

Been a customer since Riverbend was "Addie's". Not a better place in town to go for car repair - Glenn is honest and goes out of his way to make sure you are treated fairly. He's even sent me back to other repair shops because work they had done was still under warranty and would save me money.

I've had patient explanations for any service questions. I find the location convenient... right off Peachtree Industrial, and Glen, the owner, spends time with you explaining your options. More than once I've been told that certain actions are NOT needed or an alternative should be tried. I know this business does not take advantage of its customers.

When it comes to auto repair, there are a lot of shops out there looking to maximize their revenue at your expense. I can say that in all my dealings over the past 7 years with Glen and team at Riverbend, they have always been honest with me. I've had experiences where I brought my vehicle in for what I expected to be a major repair bill and came out of it for less than $50 because they told me that they were able to fix the problem without overhauling the car.
