Dr. Randall & her staff are so professional & gentle. She did not try to perform anything that I did not need. I had several severe dental issues & she solved them all. I use to be afraid to smile, but now all I get are compliments on my beautiful smile!

I have never been treated so poorly by a dentist office. I received a written quote from this dental office. After the service was completed, I received a bill for more than double the amount of my original quote. I repeatedly attempted to point out the fact that I was quoted a different price. The office manager nor the dentist even attempted to apologize for misquoting the amount that I would owe. No one ever fixed my statement. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. They will tell you that your service will cost less and then they will bill you for a MUCH higher amount. They ripped me off and never thought about it again. They did it to me and they will do it to you. BEWARE!

Thank you for having been a part of our practice. I am sorry that you feel that you have been treated poorly. There clearly has been a misunderstanding, and I want to clear up a few facts. All patients are given a PROPOSED TREATMENT PLAN which states at the bottom of the page " Insurance coverage is only an estimation. Patient/parent/legal guardian is responsible for all treatment not covered by insurance." Patients also sign a financial policy stating such. The fee that was quoted is the standard fee created by your insurance company, WHICH NEVER CHANGED. Your insurance company estimated that they would pay 80% of your treatment, but in reality they only paid 50% of your treatment. Your insurance changed the benefit paid on your behalf mid-treatment. That left you with a balance of the difference. My staff and I discusssed this with you and apologized for the confusion. As always with any patients, we suggest that all patients contact their insurance companies with any descrepancies or concerns with insurance payments. I would recommend Dr. Randall for anyone searching for a competent, gentle and caring dentist. Dr. Randall and her staff immediately made me feel welcome as soon as arrived for my appointment. I felt as though my dental needs were being met with the upmost care. Dr. Randall's office was state-of-art. I had digital x-rays taken and thorough dental exam, which included an oral cancer exam. When I returned for my filling appointment, I was offered a list of current movies on DVD to watch during my procedure. I am looking forward to a long dental relationship with Dr. Randall and her staff.

Dr. Epps and her staff are great. From the time I stepped into the door I felt welcomed and like I am in the hands of great professionals. The office is state of the art, which makes feel as if I'm getting the latest and most up-to-date dental care available. GREAT CHOICE and I'll certainly recommend it to family and friends.
