My experience at Robbins Bros was akin to buying a car. The salesmen were slick, polished, and interested in getting you into the most expensive thing you'd buy. While I appreciate the requirements of running a business, I did not appreciate feeling like a mark.

Even though I told the sales guy like 100 times we couldn't buy the ring that day he was so helpful! He answered all my questions and even talked to their jewelers about making me a custom ring. I found the perfect ring, and as promised I couldn't by it but he signed me up on Robbinsbros.com for a favorites and let me know about how many months they would have that ring. Ask for Rich if you need help, he is awesome!

While they have every style engagement ring possible and then some. The Staff wants to help only if they think you are buying. We were handed off to several different sales people. Customer service was lacking when we tried to special order a ring - three weeks later they told us we could not get it. Overall a disappointing Experience
