I brought in an older relative for an evaluation for dentures. The office staff was clueless. We had to ask for new patient forms, as they were not offered to us. After a 40 minute wait Dr. Ferrill, wearing jeans and running shoes, wanders in and asked, "What are you here for?" He seemed to be afraid to look into my relative's mouth. He tentatively poked around and mumbled that dentures would be "about $4,000." He is a nice guy but did not instill any confidence in me at all. Going elsewhere.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ferrill for roughly 6 months now. I initially saw him to assist with a painful tooth abscess and have since had 2 Root Canals, 7 Fillings, and 4 Extractions. I absolutely HATE going to the Dentist and because of this fear I had not been to a Dentist in over 10 yrs. Needless to say that I had a lot of work that needed to be done. Dr. Ferrill worked with me to put together a treatment plan & has executed his work with a combination of compassion & artistry. He is a great Dentist- calm demeanor, honesty, and professionalism would be the best way to describe him. He doesn't try to talk you into procedures that you don't need and his staff is also excellent (most have been there for many years). I now have a great smile & no longer fear the dreaded Dentist chair!! He has gone out of his way to make me feel comfortable during procedures even personally calling after hours to check on my status. I would highly recommend him to any would be patient!

After a bad experience with a crown at a chain dental facility, we found Dr. Ferrill. He is very thorough and his calm manner makes you feel at ease even when a root canal is necessary. Great staff who have been there for a long time. My kids have been seeing this doctor since age 4

Dr. Ferrill has been our family's dentist for over 20 years. The staff works very well with children. Dr. Ferrill won't have you needlessly go through procedures that you don't need. The one time that a crown gave me some pain he worked to make it pain-free. I have had it for years now and it has been trouble free.

Dr. Ferrill has been my trusted dentist for over 10 + years now. He's never tried to over charge me for his services and he only does the work that needs to be done. He doesn't try to find things wrong or do work before it necessary.
