Best agent in town
Helped me by a house, I had spoken to a few agents and felt they wanted to "bump" my price range up. Robert was the only one who took my number and ran with it. Great agent you won't go wrong with. Robert even turned me on to the fish and chips from Fedo's!

No Problem with Foreclosure
I was trying to find an agent to show me some very cheap foreclosure property. Everyone was too busy to show the cheap foreclosure as it is a waste of their time. When I got to Robert, he was not too busy to show me foreclosure and got my business.
Robert is a good guy and gods bless his heart. He is not about just making commission as these other agents are. I recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house. And the best part is he will close the deal no matter how long it takes.

Great real estate agent and an angel!
I was refereed to Robert by a Friend who had used him to buy a house. I am glad that he did, Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable he told me exactly what I needed to do to get my house ready to sell. He had great resources that I could call for some of the small repairs I needed on my house. He was also very good and letting me know what to expect during the process and kept me informed the who;e time. He did a great job getting me the price I wanted, and made the whole process easy. Robert was also great in helping me find my new house. He is Atlanta's best agent!

The Best
We have used Robert to purchase two homes and sell one home. He is very knowledgable and professional. He is from Atlanta so he is very familiar with all areas/ neighborhoods. We looked at a lot of houses our first time and he was extremely patient. He priced the house that we sold just right and it was sold in much less time than we had expected in this market. He was always available if we had any questions and communicated with us constantly via phone, text and email. I would recommend Robert to everyone.
