I have been seeing Dr. Roberts for years. She has always gone the extra step when treating me. Her office staff is thorough and makes being sick a bearable experience. I appreciate everything she has done for me and my family!

the staff is good...but Dr. Roberts is cold and distant. Paperwork and prescriptions are full of errors. She shows no interest in the patient...it's like she follows her routine without a human connection with her patients.

Donna Roberts is the best doctor in Atlanta. She listens carefully and diagnoses accurately. I was a patient at her old practice near Northside Hospital, and I followed her to her new practice near Piedmont. Her new practice is MUCH better. The office staff is kind and caring. The wait time is shorter. Dr. Roberts' assistant Yolanda is particularly nice. You will love this doctor and love her new office.

I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Donna Roberts, but I have found her to be a wonderful doctor. She is a great listener and a good problem-solver. She is very thorough. She is also kind, soft-spoken, and I like her personality. I would recommend her highly to prospective patients of all ages. By the way, I have learned she was a pharmacist before medical school, and clearly superb knowledge in this area-- she was able to answer many questions about medications and has a good understanding of side effects and drug interactions. You will love her!

I just recently switched to Dr. Roberts after leaving my PCP that I've been with for the past 3 1/2 years (and wasn't at all satisfied with). She spent time with me and really listened to what I had to say which was a refreshing change for me. Her office is quite a ways from my house but is totally worth the drive. If you're looking for a Primary Care Physician, look no further than Dr. Roberts, she's the best!

Dr Roberts saved life by diagnosing colon cancer at a stage when it could be completely removed. My whole family goes to her. You should too if you want good healthcare. I will never change

Dr. Roberts is the best General Practitioner in the metro-area! After trying several GPs, I was so fortunate to have found her. She is the only one I found that will actually listen to her patients, run all necessary tests (blood work, x-rays) and get an accurate diagnosis. She is clinical, caring and compassionate and all the other things a great doctor should be. If there is a wait to see her, she is worth it!

dr. roberts has to be one of the least approchable doctors. she was only interested in talking to me to prescribe me expensive drugs, without any knowledge of my medical history. Also, a smile, asking the patient's name and showing a little bit of interest in what the patient is saying would not hurt doctor. Only in the U.S where doctors make millions they feel as if they were superior to any other human being. with dr roberts that was so obvious, she makes you feel like you should be honored for being in her presence. she looked down on me and I felt that I wasted my time. how does someone that may not care about helping people becomes a doctor? I guess big bucks is the answer. Horrible experience.

I really liked Dr. Roberts for the few years I've been a patient, but I'll be switching to a new doctor the next time I need to see one. Generally, she's great: very good bedside manner, easy to talk to, and you can sense that she cares about her patients. However, I sometimes question her prescription writing for expensive drugs when her office is utterly plastered with swag from the big pharmaceutical companies and I've even seen the pharma reps lining up in the waiting room. Also, her office charges an annual patient fee (non-reimburseable by insurance) that seems to just be for normal office overhead expenses.

The admin/practice is good: reachable, responsive, computerized. Dr. Roberts really asks a lot of questions, notes your answers thoroughly and thinks through 'the larger picture'. She tells you enough about what she's thinking that you know she's really thinking. Once, her nurse telephoned me AFTER an appt and said "Dr. Roberts was reviewing your file again and wants to you go have a blah-blah test to rule about any possibility of blah-blah."

Dr. Roberts was my primary care doctor for 2-3 years. I left not because of her but because it was impossible to get in to see her and the office staff was rude and disinterested.

Dr. Roberts isn't a bad doctor. She doesn't hesitate to treat you or send you to a specialist if something is wrong. I really like that because a lot of doctors seem to just blow off your symptoms. She is very quick, so sometimes I feel like I'm rushing to tell her something or ask her questions. Even though she's quick, you will wait in the waiting room an hour at MINIMUM. One time the front desk didn't notify anyone that I was there and after waiting an hour and a half, I finally complained. The nurse said she was sorry but they didn't know I was there!
