I contracted at a higher rate as I was going to be selling my home soon for a six month period. The reason I agreed to the higher rate was because of the service level that was offered to me. As... many times as I emailed or left messages about the pinestraw needing buffereing or the weeds in those areas getting out of control, the only thing I ended up paying the higher rate for was standard service of mowing, edging and blowing. I believe some herbicide was used to be fair however none of the issues I discussed or signed on for were addressed. Not once were my pine islands buffered w/more pine straw, branches would fall during a storm and they are still sitting in my yard. Weeds are popping out through pine straw everywhere and they dump the cut grass in massive pines in my back yard, the first couple of times it was behind a tree and I really didn't notice until the mildew smell started and I had to go rake it out and up. The last time they came on this contract was a couple of weeks past due and then the dumping was smack in the middle of my back yard. I got better service from the handyman who used to do my lawn service and I had to pay not nearly as much.

Euroscapes contracted a six month bi-weekly service with this client. We stated to her up front that the mowing rate would be higher for bi-weekly service. All services were submitted in a written contract and signed by the client. We suggested additional fertilization services at the beginning to improve the look of the grass and this was declined. We came every week to the property and performed every service she agreed to. We are always up front with our services. We have never received any phone calls or e-mails regarding replenishing or buffereing(not sure what she meant by that)the pine straw. If we had received a request for that we would have done it because that is additional sales. We include on the contract the cost to have pine straw installed and list it as a seperate item. We mulch our properties when we mow and have done so the day we started her property. She did request a bid to remove a large pile of sticks and debris which she never had us do. We contacted the client to follow up with her concerns and to see if we could change our service to better accomodate her and that was declined.
