RockStar Bootcamp is the best workout. It is fast faced, constantly changing, callenging not only your body but your mind. More economical than personal training and much more energetic.

Convenient location at the park at Beuf Community Center (35th Ave & Pinnacle Peak). Convenient hours - 5:30 AM, 8:30 AM, or 6:30 PM. You can come to any time. Very motivating and positive atmosphere. Debbie is a great instructor! I've been coming for 6 months so far!
