I NEVER write reviews on companies but I had such a horrible experience here I felt obligated to share with potential customers! My radiator was overheating so I had to pull over and I was right next to their shop. I walked over to talk to them and they said they could fix it. I waited for my temp to cool then drove it to them. They said they radiator needed to be replaced and I OK'ed the job. I went home for a few hours. They called and said the job was done. Later I found out they WAY OVERCHARGED me for the raditor and time. I got the car back, drove home and called it a day. The next day was a Saturday and I had the same problem but I was down by the beach. I took it to a mechanic who found out it was just a thermostat that needed to be replaced. The car is a 2008 Mercedes. I called them the following Monday and explained the situation. They refused to refund me any money and would not give my original radiator back. They put an aftermarket radiator in and did not even fix the problem. It is my opinion that they just wanted to steal my Mercedes radiator and my money. These guys ARE RIPOFF artists. After this happened I read similar reviews and other customers had similar stories. I wish I read those first! Lesson learned.

I brought my vehicle into this shop to have repair work done because it was close to where i work. These guys seemed honest enough when I dropped my car off. I guess it was part my fault for not clearing my car out before I left it there. They stole my Ipod, my sunglasses, and a ring I had in the car. I know it was all in there when I went there and dropped it off because I was listening to my iPod when I arrived at their shop. I was never able to get the items back or do anything about it because I did not notice untill I got halfway home. I called and accused them about it and they just laughed, and said "Good luck proving anything"! Also when I brought my car in there for a clutch replacement, they told me that the cost was only going to be $800. They called me after they were half way through with my clutch that it was going to cost another $500 because of a throw out bearing. After speking to another mechanic he said that that is usually included in the price of the clutch, and if it was not included, there is no way it would exceed $100. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS! THEY ARE WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE BIG FAT THIEVES!!!

I was referred to Chuck by a co-worker. I was experiencing several minor issues with my car. He always was honest with me and explained everything to me. Never felt taken advantage of, which being a girl has happened before at the mechanics. I live in Vista, and I will make the 45 minute drive even for an oil change to Chuck. I have referred everyone I know to him. He seems to know everything about cars and always knows someone for a smog, or paint job. He is super cool!

I've been taking my van here for 3 years now and have always been pleased with the work. They are willing to explain in terms I can understand what needs to be done. The prices are comparable to most and better than some. I've sent 3 guys here and they have stayed with him also. He gives you a honest answer on what it is going to cost and how long it will take before he starts the work.
