The people that own (Dev)Roof 911 & the people that work for them are all rip offs! They owe us money & they don't want to pay. I have heard from many of their customers complaining since we filed liens on their properties.

We at First God Breakthrough Ministries can not thank Roof 911 enough for the donations and amazing roof and steeple replacement - the owner of the company presented all the options to the board and after calling multiple church organizations they worked with we moved forward with our roof claim - we could not be happier. - pastor Sherri

The team at roof911 took over or insurance claim and helped our apartment complex get new roofs after our insurance company denied the claim. This saved our HOA over $600,000 and our roof looks great!

We had a brand new deck put on a few months prior to the roof. The roofers damaged the deck and they refused to pay for it. We had to pay Directtv to fix our satellite dish due to their damage, and were informed they wouldn't cover it. My property was littered with roofing nails and my child or dogs could have been easily injured. They left cigarette butts all over the place. I do not recommend this company at all!

Hired them June 2011 to replace roof shingles, gutter system, front elevation of siding, & metal roof deck. They have only completed half the work, & closed Charlotte office/phone/email. Placed fraudulent $500 charge on my credit card Dec 5, 2011. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROOF911!

Roof911 Construction took $16,000+ of my money and I haven't heard from them since. All phone calls go to voicemail (mailbox full) and I have received no materials, no labor, no response. They have no professionalism and I fear they intend to do this to as many people as possible. Stay far away from them or they will steal from you too. If the review allowed for 'Rip Off' I would have selected that as my review response. Poor doesn't tell the half of if.

Roof 911 helped me get a new roof & got my insurance to cover the drywall/paint in my master bathroom. I told them I didn't feel the paint matched in the bathroom and they came out fixed it with no hassle. Now I can come home to a beautiful roof and a finished bathroom! Thank You Roof 911. I would gladly recommend them to my friends.

Check out this company carefully. The customer service is terrible. Accounting will not answer phone. CEO impossible to get a hold of. We went with their company after they promised to do the roof for insurance proceeds. We later learned from our insurance company that it is not allowed. The roof now leaks more than before. The QC Manager is a joke. Smells and talks a good story. When the adjuster came out after our roof was installed we were told it was a poor job. We have since checked and found a number of complaints at BBB and lawsuits against this company. BE WARE! Use a Company that is easy to reach. Sales rep was very pushy. Wanted us to have an engeer look at our house and charged us additional money. This company is a total rip off.

I was initially turned down by my insurance company using another roofing company. I decided allow them to inspect my roof since my neighbor used them. My sales rep Eric, helped get me a new roof and he was very professional and I highly recommend Roof911 Construction. Great work and service.

We had some storm damage to our roof and water damage to our ceiling as a result. After being recommended by a neighbor, and comparing quotes, we chose Roof 911 to perform a roof replacement and work with our insurance company. The salesman was very friendly and helpful, and the installation, workmanship, and clean up were fantastic. Then, the real fun began. The dumpster in our driveway sat there for weeks, even after calling Roof 911 to have it removed. We expected an invoice following the installation and called to get it but never received it. Then, out of the blue six months later, they knock on our door asking to be paid immediately. After finally receiving an invoice that indicated they took credit cards as payment, we gave them our payment information. It then took another couple of months to process the payment. The CEO is impossible to get a hold of - I had to track him down via Facebook, and even after contacting him, it still took weeks to get them to take our money. I have never worked with a company less eager to take your money for their quality workmanship! So be aware, Roof 911's work is great - just be prepared to deal with no-customer service afterward.

Roof 911 worked with my insurance company to help me get a new roof & gutters. My salesperson was there for me during the entire process of the roof installation. Money is tight right now and they worked with me on my dedcutible. I highly recommend this company. They work with you to get exactly what you want! Now I have a beautiful new roof!

What we learned from Roof 911's very informative and professional inspector was that our roof had incurred damage months before from hail and wind. We had been denied a claim earlier (before we contacted Roof 911) when the adjuster refused to link the leaks with roof damage. Thank goodness for Roof 911 and their willingness to take on the insurance company's stone-walling. Roof 911 is a great company with excellent credentials. They use top quality materials and guarantee their work longer than any other company, both workmanship and materials.

Roof 911 did an excellent job on my roof. The salesman (Roger) was extremely professional and did everything he promised. He took the time answer all my questions and described every step of the process from beginning to end. I would use them again.....

After being approached by several shady, pushy roofers following a storm in our area, Jonathan from Roof 911 was a breath of fresh air. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgable. He made a thourough inspection, showed us pictures of the damage he found, educated us on our options and guided us through the entire claim process. The roof crew was fantastic! They worked quickly and left our property spotless. The roof looks GREAT!! Jonathan and Roof 911 made the whole process easy and quick. I highly recommend them, and have already done so to several neighbors.

From the beginning, we experienced problems with Roof 911 and my gut instinct was to move on to another roofing contractor. My neighbors were all using Troy Roofing and had not experienced any problems. Roof 911 was recommended to us by a well known realtor with a solid reputation. She planned to hire them to replace her roof at a future date and was very impressed with their track record and ability to get the insurance company to pay for roof replacements. I made a terrible mistake of trusting her recommendation. The quote that Roof 911 gave our insurance company was several thousand dollars more than any of my neighbor's quotes. After the job was completed, Roof 911 submitted a claim asking my insurance company for additional money. According to the fine print in their contract, they are intitled to receive all of the money from your insurance claim with the exception of your deductible. My neighbors all negotiated with Troy Roofing and made them a fair offer which Troy accepted. Our experience was totally unprofessional and we are hiring an attorney.
