Overall, great company! We had a tree hit our rental property and we tried contacting several roofing companies to come out and Roof Depot was able to get us an appointment that same day! Not only did they come out and tarp the roof, they also met with our adjuster and had the repair completed with-in days! Thank you!

This roofer not only refuses to honor the warranty it gave me on its roof, it is blaming everyone but themselves for the improper installation of my roof in 2007. They improperly installed the shingles on my home and they want to blame the shingle company but the new roofer I hired to repair some tree damage last month stated the shingles are improperly installed which will void any warranty with the shingle company. In the meantime, I cannot get the tree damage repaired until I get the money back from the roof that Roof Depot installed in 2007 so I can have my entire roof replaced. They have also made false statements to the Better Business Bureau in regards to my complaint to make themselves appear that they are an honest company when they are the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with.

After getting estimates from several companies, I chose Roof Depot to replace my gutters. They were prompt, courteous, and did a wonderful job with a great product.
I also had several roof leaks which I had paid another company to repair, and they did not do the job. Roof Depot found the problem and repaired promptly, and at a very favorable price.

Service is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Last summer, we had hail damage to our roof and received several estimates on a new roof. Roof Depot's price came in less than our insurance company and other roofers bids, plus they are a local company. Unlike the "storm chasers" that had out-of-state license plates and promised to do our roof for what the insurance company paid out. They re-roofed our 40+ sq. home in a little over a day and left my yard cleaner than it was before they started. We were very impressed by their workmanship and professional office staff assistance. It pays to be informed before making this decision.

had a leak in my roof, call them up, came the next day, the guy was not even prepared in 10 min he said it was the furnice went into the attic asked me for a flashlight?? really, im suppose to have this for him?? talk about being prepared, came down change something up there 10 min later he was done and i owed him 175.00 paid him..maybe i thought it was fixed..couple days later..rain again more leak non stop..call them back..told me they would call me back never did, call them back again ..same thing?? hopefully they will call me back this time..i WOULD NOT USED THEM AGAIN
