Licensed by the Secretary of State as a Residential General Contractor. License #RB1001738 Ask your contractor about the new State law regarding having a State License. If you have a project pending, make sure that your contractor has passed the State Requirements in order to obtain a State License. Going Green
We use low VOC paint and environmentally sensitive and recycled materials in all our projects. We recycle/salvage all building materials in our demolitions -- anything and everything that can be saved is salvaged, recycled, or given to needy families. We are EPA certified/ licensed in lead paint conditions in any pre 1978 homes. This law takes effect in January 1,2011 for anyone disturbing more than 6sq ft of any home or building built pre 1978. Fines can be 32k a day per violation.
