These folks believe in teamwork! Ken, Ned, and Jesse made a firm commitment to provide us with a new 25 yr. roof at an agreed-to-price.
After receiving deliveries of mixed lot shingles on three separate occasions, they upgraded our roof to the 30 yr. level at no extra cost. Th initial roof was installed before anyone noticed the mixed lots. This roof was removed and another half of the roof was reinstalled before noticing another delivery of mixed lot shingles. This partially reinstalled roof was again removed while ROOFSMART management sought more unmixed lots of shingles. Frustrated with the course of events, they had us select a 30 yr. roof at no extra cost. These folks went the extra mile to insure we'd be happy with the job.
Thank you ROOFSMART for turning our catastrophy into a pleasant experience.

The RoofSmart team put a new roof and gutters on one of my properties last week. It was the first time I have used RoofSmart and I was extremely satisfied with the quality and the condition that they left my property in not a nail or piece of trash on the ground. I will definitely use them again!

RoofSmart did a fantastic job re-roofing my house in Lawrenceville. They offered me a very fair price, worked with my insurance company, did an excellent job of installation and clean-up, on schedule; and they even assisted me in finding a contractor for another repair job that needed to be done. I highly recommend RoofSmart--they do good work; and they are honest and professional people to work with.

Our home is in the flood/storm damaged Douglasville, GA. Ned, Jesse, and their crews were the most professional contractors that I have ever worked with. After several months of battling the insurance company, they took initiative and did exactly what they said they would do..my roof has all kinds of pitch and slopes and it is quite large and they were in and out in 24hrs. They did as many of the other folks have said..not a nail to be found, our place was spotless after they finished. They owned their own dumpster and truck so it was dropped and picked up immediately. Our roof was not set up properly by the original builder but RoofSmart corrected that as well when repairing storm damage. I would highly recommend this company..obviously taking the time to write this review is not a task given the service rendered.

I called Roofsmart when we discovered a leaky roof had damaged the ceilings inside our home after our recent heavy rains. Ken Holcomb came over and inspected our home. He checked inside and went on the roof. He found the issues. He informed us we had a damaged roof. Wind and hail were the culprits. He advised we call our home insurance providers. They sent a claims agent who inspected our home and spoke with us and Ken. Sure enough, Ken was correct and we where covered. We were going to get a brand new 25 year guarenteed roof with installation and our damaged ceilings would be covered as well. All we had to do was pay our insurance deductible.
The Roofsmart crew was there in days and we had a brand new roof. It was expertly installed and the roof and leak probelms are solved. The crew cleaned our property, removed all the old materials, and were respectful and courteous. Ken was there as the project was started and returmned to inspect the results with the crew chief. We were always informed as to the progress of the work. The job was completed on time and we could not be happier. If you ever have any issue with the roof in your home, Ken Holcombe and Roofsmart are the folks to call!!! Thanks Ken and thank you Roofsmart!!!
