I purchased a sofa and 4 chairs. In trying to arrange delivery, the delivery people TOLD ME when it would come and if I wasn't there on their time frame, to8ugh luck to me. Since the furniture is for an office and I gave them from 2-6 on the same day they wanted to deliver, you would think it would work. No, I had to be in my office from 9 to 1. I would be seeing clients during that time and said no. They could care less....delivery is for their convenience and your schedule does not matter to them. I cancelled my 3,000 order and will go somewhere else. I have never had the delivery times dictated to me before.Their response? Too bad...we only do your zip code on this schedule.

I purchased beautiful glass shade lamps with butterfly pull chains for what I thought was too much $$$, but worth to get these great lamps. When they came they had no pull chains, so they reshipped. They came 2 more times with the same problem. On the 3rd reship the shades went from glass to plastic. Customer service was a nightmare and I ended up sitting in the middle of the showroom rewiring and attaching my own pull chains from a pair they sent and from the floor model.. They still have done nothing about the glass shades ssaying that I had seen an older model and they did not have anymore. It took 4 months to get what service they would give me. Dec 08 will be 2 years that I have had them and now... the paint is chipping. Go somewhere else. The prices might be good deals but the pain of customer service is not worth it.

Three of the eleven pieces of furniture we purchased had defects and had to be returned. Of the three replacement pieces delivered, one of them was also defective and had to be returned and another had a gouge that a Rooms To Go technician was sent to repair. In addition, I had to order replacement parts for the latch and handle on the armoire. The store manager was kind enough to refund the delivery charge, but because of the enormous inconvenience caused by their lack of quality control (two additional days off from work and a 3-week delay in getting all of our furniture), I cannot recommend Rooms To Go to others.

Furniture at Rooms to Go is stylish and attractive, but practical with good quality and reasonable prices. Good price breaks are offered if you buy multiple pieces. Helpful sales people.
This is a very nice store. It is spacious and bright with a lot of natural light, which is essential to your selection of furniture colors. Sales person is knowledgeable and helpful.
We ordered a sectional couch and were told it would be delivered this past saturday and a time frame 7-12 am which was cool, well they forgot a piece of the sectional and it has been told to us that they can come 2 weeks from now and it is not a guranteed time, so... we gave up work one day to be woke up and could have gone to work and this is not acceptable, this was a mistake made by them and they have my sectional sitting in my living room not connected completely, so.... after speaking with the rude customer service person and being told that there was no supervisor, and I would have to cut them some slack, I figure that they got enough slack by us not rejecting the order completely. The customer service dept really is horrible and I advise you to really check out alternatives to rooms to go, I am sure that this is not the first time this has happened to someone and if you arent careful it may happen to you.. be careful..!!!!!

We bought the Avenue Chestnut leather living room from the Cindy Crawford Collection at Rooms To Go. The delivery men were nice, as was the salesperson at the store. I can't remember his name. The furniture was delivered quickly and it looks awesome in our living room. We highly recommend shopping at Rooms To Go.
