Just finished my kitchen and master bath with Rose Hall and I cannot say enough good things about this company. We finished on time and on budget with a kitchen that is so beautiful the local magazine has asked us to feature it! The designers were top notch and provided great design and guidance as well as budget saving ideas. Their contractors were the best I've ever worked with (my 4th project). They were as professional and as competent as I've seen, unlike some of the fly-by-night guys with a pick-up truck and a sign. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this company if you want to sleep soundly throughout your remodel.

After doing some research, we knew we needed professionals to help remodel our kitchen. Rose Hall's beautiful showroom and extended referral list made them the smart choice for us. Along with their vast selection of products and knowledge in the interior design field, they truly made the whole process a pleasure. I loved the fact that they held my hand throughout the whole thing and I didn't have to venture out on my own to find even the smallest of items. Friendly staff and the amicable atmosphere in their showroom made it tough to say goodbye when we completed our kitchen project,....all the more reasons we're looking forward to starting our master bath and decorating the rest of our house :)

Absolutely the most professional firm I have ever dealt with. Beautiful work, magazine quality, and featured on the Junior League Tour of Kitchens where I found them. Experienced designers with and eye for detail and value. I cannot say enough positive things about our project...on time and on budget. The contractors they use were the finest I have worked with (this was not my first remodel)...just ask their previous customers..I checked with those on their longish referral list as well as projects that were underway. They were professional, clean, on time, and very easy to work with. Budgeting can be tricky but they are very upfront and straight forward and didn't have surprises and additional costs like other contractors we've used. I would definitely use Rose Hall again and highly recommend them to anyone. (unless you're a cheap-o! they don't like picture takers.)

I went in to talk to them about starting the process of planning for my kitchen renovation. An employee/designer greeted me, and I proceeded to look around. I was about take a picture of a cabinet display, when she barked at me that pictures were not permitted. What is this -- The Louvre?!?! I mentioned a few of my design preferences (from counter tops to door styles) and she shot them all down for this reason or that. I have have already found another company that was more than happy to hear my ideas, point out areas that could be improved and provide drawing and initial estimate for a minimal cost that will go towards my total when I place an order. I would love to hear about someone who had a good experience and feels they got a good value!

These guys outsource the actual construction work to yahoos who don't know anything about the profession. I can't tell you how bad the job went and how unhappy we are afterwards. You'll do a better job yourself. Enjoy their showrooms though.

They were NOT helpful with our circumstances, VERY SNOTTY, and rude. $1500 for an est and plan! They even left without giving us an estimate or doing any work and said they couldn't help us. We called another kitchen design house and they agreed to help us immediately at no upfront cost.
