Rosedale Service

When I scheduled the appointment, I was told the charge would be $75 for a service call. I asked if there were any other fees that could be assessed for the visit if I did not need replacement parts. I was told the charge could be up to $95 but shouldn't be more for a dishwasher. When the job was completed, I was charged $155! I called the company back and to ask why I had been charged more and spoke to the same man I spoke with the day before. He then revealed that the $75 charge was just to look at the dishwasher to tell me if it was worth fixing and that ANY OTHER WORK/PARTS would be more money. I told him that he withheld that information from me the previous day and that I was disappointed and he didn't seem to care. While the total cost isn't unreasonable, the company didn't seem to have any concern for honesty or their reputation.
