The turn around was quick just 3 days and the work was high quality. I took in a pair of slacks, two pair of designer jeans to be hemmed and a tank top to have the straps shortened. They did a very nice job on the tank - looks like it was always like this. The jeans also look great. They had a slightly distressed hem and I was asked if I wanted them to look the same, I did and they did exactly that! They look just like they did when I bought them. Wonderful service and very nice - I'd highly recommend them.

My daughter and I have had several items altered at Rose's and the work is always good, quick and rates are reasonable. They do a great job shortening jeans, even added pockets to a pair of slacks.

They do not stand behind their work. Tailor pinned jacket to my shirt so to remove it from my body they had to remove pin. They said they would put it back so the alteration would be complete (but failed to) so one arm was longer than other. I paid $40 and when I went back (nicely to show them the error) they were rude, refused to listen and walked away to serve next customer. Beware!!!

I've had multiple items repaired & altered at Rose's--from taking in bridesmaid dresses to pant leg hems. They're quick to turn items around and very helpful when trying to determine the right about to take in/let out. They're also great at repairing straps. Costs are great for hems, and comparable for repairs.

I've used them for several hems and minor repairs. They always help me figure out the best way to mend my favorite clothes--even after my dog gets a hold of them. I wish they could work their magic with shoes!!!!

I have used Rose's twice. The first time to have some pants hemmed, and the work was just OK, but the price was right, so I decided to try a second time. The second time, the skirts that were hemmed were returned not on their original skirt hangers but folded over regular hangers, wrinkled and with lint/loose threads all over them. When I complained, I was treated as though they didn't know what I was talking about. My advice: As the saying goes "you get what you pay for"; use a higher end shop if you care about service, workmanship, and a sense that the owners/workers actually take pride in the quality of their work. Volume, not quality, appears to be their only concern.

Rose's was recommended to us by several different people when we were looking for a place to alter my wedding dress. It needed some serious altering which included beading and they hand-beaded the sides where it needed to be let out. They did an amazing job!! I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Rose's has altered my skirts, hemmed my pants, taken in my bridesmaid's dresses, and has done a perfect job every time. This small establishment has resided in the Briarcliff Village shopping center for years, and there's a reason it keeps doing such good business.
