Provided excellent service. Everyone at the office was very friendly and helpful. I even had a misunderstanding over my bill that Ross helped me work-out after hours. Would recommend all friends to use Ross.

I was referred to the Ross Eye Care center as I needed a Dr. who would be able to work with my particular eye issues. Dr. Ross did a basic eye exam and listened to my concerns. After that I was turned over to the eye glass staff and no one can figure out how to make glasses that work with my eyes. Lots of mistakes made in ordering frames, taking measurements and prescription adjustments. Frames were expensive yet had to be tightened and adjusted all the time. They also refused to refund my money for the lenses that weren't working when I mentioned it 5 months into the process.

After 9 months, $1400+ and dozens of visits taking time away from my business, I finally gave up. So I took the glasses even though they still weren't right, donated them and am using my old glasses and contacts w/readers until I can afford to go elsewhere.

I'm happy so many others had a good experience. I was hoping with my particular eye challenges, that Ross Eye Care would have done a better job.

Dr. David Ross is second to none. I have been seeing Dr. Ross for well over 10 years and I was born with the worst eyes in the world and today I see better than I did 40 years ago. Dr. Ross' stay is also first class and makes sure all of my and my wife's needs are taken care of. Can't say enough about the professionalism of Dr. Ross and his staff! Arthur Fowle.

Dr. Butterwick has always been as concerned and caring a doctor as I have ever had. He's very personable and engaging. He is always thorough and never rushes through my appointments with him. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Doctor Ross is so very willing to keep trying alternatives until the right answer is found. I have tried several different multifocal lenses and we did find a good one for me. He is generous with sample lenses and keeps giving them to me until we find the right solution. As new materials become available, he has me try those to see if we can improve on what I already have. I just love him. The staff are always friendly, helpful and courteous. It is a great place to do business.
