I went to Roswell Auto Center to get my car's 60,000 mile service. They were so professional and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Their prices were much less than the dealer that I had been using. I will definitely continue to use them for all my other service needs. I couldn't believe when they called me back to make sure my car was running well and I was pleased with the service!! That really let me know that they care about making their customers happy. Thanks Roswell Auto! I'll be back and am telling all my friends where to get such good service!

Over the last 17 years, I have been taking all our cars to Roswell Auto. They are competent, friendly and honest...a tough combo to find these days. And when you do, you stick with them. They get to know your family and your vehicles...I trust them to treat my wife and kids like they would treat me. They look out for me...they tell me what else I need to be paying attention to on repairs, and what I could put off to better manage my expenditures. I recommend to people all the time. If you're considering using Roswell Auto, I just don't see how you go wrong.

I have been using Roswell Auto Center for a few years and have always been very pleased. They work quickly and efficiently to get your service done, and their customer service is excellent. I even received a follow-up phone call after my last service to see if everything was done to my satisfaction. I feel like I can trust these guys to tell me the truth, and they always have. Their prices are much more reasonable than the dealer I was using. I use them for all my service now. Highly recommend!

We have been taking our cars to Roswell Auto Center for at least 12 years. I got their name from a friend who kept raving about them. After taking my Ford Explorer to the Ford dealer and getting a very expensive estimate on a repair, I took the car to Roswell Auto Center for a 2nd opinion. Not only was the Ford dealer telling me I needed more work than necessary, but their prices were MUCH more than at Roswell Auto Center. Since then, we've taken our cars there many times (including our 2 kids' cars), and every time we are so appreciative and happy with the service and the prices. They even call after the appointment to make sure that we are happy with the work done. Bar none, I can't imagine a better place to take your car. It is REFRESHING to know there is an honest and dependable auto repair business out there! Thank you to the owners, Robert and Carl! You are THE BEST!

I went in for something I thought was going to be very expensive. I was prepared for a big ticket item. They told me it was a $30 problem and fixed it without delay. I hope I don't have car trouble for a long time but if I do I will bring it to them again.

Carl and Robert saved me so many headaches! I have a 20 yr old truck that I only trust bringing to them. Other mechanics took advantage of me and charged me a fortune for a simple problem, saying I needed an alternator replaced when it was just the spark plug. But at roswell auto if the problem was really simple they didnt take advantage of me and charge me a ton more. Such a relief!!

Had '98 Corolla and 2002 Windstar serviced here. In each case, took car in late in afternoon, returned in less than 24 hrs. to pick up with issues fixed: Windstar needed new alternator, Corolla a new door handle and replacing of part with cross-threaded lug on one wheel. Problems diagnosed quickly, received phone call before beginning repairs and with estimate explaining how problems were diagnosed and cost of repairs. Parts were obtained quickly, installed, and vehicle was ready and repaired to my satisfaction. Efficient, honest, customer-oriented group. Intake person very good at follow through. I'll be going back every time I need repairs, no matter what the make of car.
