Too Busy for Customers Anymore
I've used Roswell Auto Center for several years. Even though I live in Woodstock, I specifically drive to their shop in Roswell. My truck axle was making a grinding noise and I couldn't leave it overnight at the shop, so I called ahead in the morning. Carl told me to bring it by around 2pm. I dropped it off at 1:45 with Carl and then waited at Starbucks until 6pm with NO call whatsoever. I walked back over at 6 and Robert was closing up shopalong with a wasted day they almost stranded me in Roswell! Nothing had been done about my vehicle. Apparently they're much too busy to need me as a customer any longer, so I'll oblige them and go somewhere else.

There is no response adequate when the customer is correct. We simply overlooked the repair order and we are at fault. We called the customer and apologized and hopefully he will give us another chance to show him why we are always voted "Best Auto Repair". We also agreed to check out his vehicle and diagnose it for free.
