Took my older Isuzu to them to get a line/hose fixed that was blown and was leaking terribly. They had to special make the new hose and fixed it from leaking "terribly" like it was. Yet it continued to seep oil, so I took it back to them and they said they worked on it some more and made the leak better. However, got it home and it is still leaking. After $400 I would have hoped that my problem would have been resolved after two tries, but it still isn't. I will not take my car back to them.
Area Alpharetta, GA
Cost $250 - $499
Date March 2016

Horrible experience! Roswell auto tech was recommended to us to have our classic truck repaired. What a waste of $500, time and gas! We ended up having to go to another auto shop and spend an additional $1000 to fix what this place did not. We left with an oil leak, back firing, shakiness the list goes on....and this was after taking it back for them to "fix" it again. The mechanics did not even know things that I, someone who knows nothing about engines, do. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

We drive older cars. Lee and the crew there are great at diagnosing the problem, communicating the issue to us, and providing options for repair. They're also great about alerting you to things that don't need to be fixed quite yet, but that are on the horizon which is helpful in budgeting for repairs. Usually e scheduling is flexible for our convenience. All in all we are happy and have been customers for over 10 years!

As anyone knows, finding a mechanic that you car trust can be nerve wracking. I recently discovered this gem of a place. I have an older car of course and my engine was making this horrible racket. I thought for sure that it had a dropped valve or something and it was going to cost me an arm and a leg. The tech could have lied to me and told me the worst and I would have believed him. It turned out to be relatively simple and he was honest about it. Needless to say, I am extremely happy. I will never go anywhere else.

We've been taking our cars here for years. I am so happy to have found Car Guys I can trust. They know who I am, they know how I drive and what I expect for service. Every time, service exceeds my expectations. I have dropped in for quick repairs unexpectedly, but usually make an appointment. The price is right. Both of our cars have over 110,000 miles and they keep them both running in top shape. You can't go wrong. Call them, you'll be glad you did.

Been taking my cars here more than 20 years. Never been disappointed with service. Price is always reasonable. They really do "fix anything." They will "work in" emergency repairs, too. Same mechanics have worked there for years.

Within days of paying over two grand for a transmission replacement, we started having problems...only to be told there was no way they caused it. We took it someplace else who said the problem WAS probably caused by their repair work. Overpriced. Left grease on the seats. They have an excellent sales person who knows his stuff. Too bad the mechanics don't know their stuff.

Sometimes it takes a while in a new city before you find the right professionals. I have found my mechanic in Roswell Auto Tech. Four years later, they are the ones I have depended on to keep my car in good working order. Consistent in quality work, friendliness, trustworthiness and integrity. Thank you!!

Wouldn't go anywhere else, they have the best prices and do good work and James makes sure you know what is going to be done. They'll give you an estimate for the cost of the work and it's always cost less than the estimate.

1. I NEVER received an estimate prior to them starting the work! NEVER! 2. I was charged $650 for the labor only to replace my a/c compressor. That's nearly FOUR TIMES HIGHER than what another mechanic had quoted me ($180)for the same work, but my car was not drivable and I thought I was saving money by not having it towed to Marietta. 3. I was charged for the hours the technician wasted trying to install the new compressor without using all of the parts provided by the manufacturer. I should not have to pay for his mistake. 4. If the owner sees this and wants to discuss (you weren't there when I picked up my car)please feel free to call me. It was the '02 Saab repaired on 4/28. It's the right thing to do.

I am retired from the auto repair business. I have done business with Roswell Auto Tech for at least 16 years. Now that i am not in the business, R.A.T is the only place i take my cars, and my son`s vehiles. On ocassion, i drive 50 miles one way (100) MILES, to bring my sister`s vechiles to R.A.T. these`s guys are the most honest, relaible, knowlegeable in the business. They offer no BS, they just fix the car, at a fair price. Thank You, Roswell Auto Tech

I've taken my Honda Accord to this shop for the past several years for everything from brakes to timing belt replacement. I've always had a positive experience with them, finding their pricing to be very fair (especially comparing to dealer pricing), and I believe they have only recommended necessary repairs. It's a good feeling to have a mechanic you can trust, and I highly recommend you give them a try if you're searching.

I recently had an "end of day" emergency. I called Roswell Auto Tech. They stayed open until I could get to them. They found a temporary solution to my problem, ordered a part which came the next day, installed. Emergency over! I highly recommend this company!
