I blew out a spoke the day before my big century ride. TJ in service was able to get me in, fixed, and on my way just in time. Refreshing to see this kind of customer support.

I've bought four bikes from Roswell Bicycles and couldn't be more happy with any of them. They have a great selection and helpful staff. Their service department is friendly and fast as well. Awesome shop for all of your cycling needs from beginner to pro.

Roswell Bicycles has serviced my bikes for the past 3+ years and I have nothing but glowing comments about their staff (sales & service) and quality of work - truly top notch. I do many group rides throughout town and am amazed how often others express similar positive experiences with Roswell Bicycles. Go see them first - you won't be disappointed.

Recently I purchased a used 29er frame from a friend and needed to have it built up. I spoke with Liam in service who was not only very knowledgeable but also made several suggestions that made the entire process not only more efficient but more cost effective. My bike was completed when promised and everything worked flawlessly. Roswell bikes did a great job!

I was completely satisfied with my buying experience. My salesman (James Mann) spent quality time asking and answering questions, and never once rushed me to make a purchase. On my fourth visit I finally bought, and James just seemed happy that I was a satisfied customer. I would recommend this shop to family and friends.

Pluses: great selection mostly Giant and Specialized on showroom floor. Lots of accessories. They cater to the upscale bike enthusiast. I got an entry level Giant road bike and had my GT mountain bike serviced and was quite satisfied. Ask for Taylor tell him what you want to spend. Minuses: weekends are hectic and service is spotty - they are open evenings so go then. Service department does very good work. Been around for 22 years which tells you something.

I wasn't sure what brand or model I wanted, just knew I needed a road bike. I described my riding plans & they pointed me to a specialised Allez Elite Compact. Went home, researched online & they beat everyone on price. Went back the next day, & they had sold their last '09 model, but honoured their price on a 2010 for me. Despite being a sale weekend, they custom fit bike to me (included in purchase cost). Went for a ride today - they were spot on. Service would be a 5 had it not been a crowded sale weekend.

Went to Roswell Bicycles today to get replacement hand grips. Salesman that met me on the floor looked at what I needed and immediately knew I needed a grip that would fit a bike with shifters on the handlebars. He sent me to their service department where a somewhat confused girl tried to sell me the first thing she saw on the rack and proceeded to tell me to cut the ends off them to fit. Not going to happen for a $32 set of grips. She then asked some guy replacing a tire behind the counter if they had anything like that. He looked up at me from his work, kind of sneered and asked sarcastically "What is it, a Schwinn?". Actually it's a pretty expensive hybrid bike with high end Shimano shifters. I just thanked them and left. Would not go back. Too much attitude at this place.

What a great bunch. They really know what they're doing in the service department, and they're always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of brands of bikes, plus racks and other accessories. If you see a lower price somewhere else, Roswell Bikes will match it and give you better service than most other places.

Even though I live in Lilburn now, I refuse to take my bike to any other shop. They are well stocked, they have skilled mechanics, the sales crew are eager to help, and their staff knows the equipment they sell including helmets and shoes. I think the thing that makes them stand out is how courteous and helpful they are. Of the times I have brought my bike in for repairs, 2 out of 3 times it has cost less than their quote and the third was spot on and not expensive at all. I also appreciate their honesty, and the fact that they treat you with respect, and don't talk down to you even if you know little about certain mechanical particulars of your cycle. They have my business for as long as I can ride.
