I would highly recommend Roswell Eye Clinic to all of my family and friends. Dr. Scott Moscow is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly, he truly made me feel at ease. I was impressed with the immaculacy and design of the office, from the moment I walked through the door I had a sense that this would be a comforting experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I was even seen before my appointment time, which is wonderful with a busy schedule like mine. They also had a nice selection of designer sunglasses, I could not resist trying on a pair - or two.

Very disorganized. every time I go the appointment is delayed and the opticians are overly friendly causing massive backups of customers trying to get glasses ordered. Something to be said for friendly service but I feel like I am waiting in a gossip limbo while the opticians discuss vacations, operations and the like. Generally disrespectful of patient time but the product is good. In the future I will go for exams and order glasses elsewhere that acts more efficiently and professional and probably will save money too as the prices here are through the roof!

Poor customer service here. We saw some decent reviews and were glad to see Saturday hours, but the impression when we walked in was very unprofessional. We had a 10am and 10:30 appt (they open at 9). We signed in on stickers--that's odd, but we let it go. The receptionist talked more to some guy that worked there (we heard all about her reunion coming up, etc) than talking to the clients. I walked over to where they keep the frames, and asked how it was organized. The lady on that side said "there's no rhyme or reason, they're all over the place." Really? 10:30--still waiting. I can give you a 15 minute window, as that's what I would expect you to give me, but 30 minutes and our first appt still wasn't in? Unacceptable. Especially for the first few appts of the day. I'd hate to see the place in the afternoon. We told the receptionist to cancel our appointments and walked out.

I like their hours - open on Saturday, and open in the evenings a few days a week. The eye exam was adequate - a bit perfunctory, but that day their phones and internet were going in and out, so I thought maybe that had something to do with it. I felt that the frames and lenses were a bit pricier than average, but I have insurance so that wasn't a huge concern. Glasses were ready in a couple of days. I was unable to use them because I felt that I could see better with my old pair. I figured out it was the glare, and that the anti reflective coating had been left off. I dropped the glasses off for another couple of days to get it fixed. When I went to pick them up again, there was an obvious half inch scratch on one of the lenses. So I'm going to have to go back in again to pick them up. I find it very inconvenient to have to go to their office 4 times for a single pair of glasses. Giving them low marks for quality. I could have easily not noticed the anti reflective thing if I weren't so picky, they really need to pay better attention to detail with their customers' orders.

I have a difficult prescription and they worked until it was right. Another local office could not get it right. Roswell Eye Clinic has a can-do attitude and the customer is always right.

REC has a nice selection of frames. I found the staff very helpful with picking out the right frames given the type of lens needed, facial structure, coloring, etc. The staff was great with figuring out VSP. Unfortunately, it took three weeks for them to get my glasses in. When the glasses were finally ready, no one called to tell me they were ready. Additionally, one of the lenses was chipped. When I notified them of the chipped lens, REC took steps to rectify the situation immediately and without hassle.
