We've had issues with their lawnmower repair service in the past and I said I'd never go back but I drove by one day last week and saw a "Yeti sale" sign so I called immediately to find out how long the sale was going on and what all was on sale. I was told it is a 15% off sale on all Yeti and goes through the end of October. I asked if it included the colster and was told yes. So today I stopped in, found the colsters on a display next to the register and put it on the counter to pay. The man behind the counter rang it up and I had to ask if my total included the sale discount because it was too high. He said the only things included in the Yeti sale are the hard side coolers. I told him I had called last week and was told the colsters were on sale also. He said they ended the sale on all stainless products (colster, lowball, etc) last week because they were starting to run out of those items. I doubt that because there was a pallet full of cases of lowballs sitting to the left when I walked in the door and there were plenty of the colsters and the other stainless mugs on the display. I asked if he wouldn't honor the sale price since I had called last week and was told they were included. He said no. I pushed the colster back to him and said no thanks and walked out empty-handed. Needless to say, I'll never step foot in their store again. And this time I'm sticking to that.

I have been in Roswell Hardware several times recently for small items and have always found them to be very helpful and accommodating. In fact, I called last week, a few days before Christmas, and thought they wouldn't have time to answer my question and was surprised at the amount of time they spent on the phone with me. Two days ago, we experienced outstanding pizza made on a Big Green Egg purchased at Roswell Hardware, and were told it is THE place to purchase this grill.

3rd time the children who manage this store have been deliberately rude. I try rather hard to support locally owned businesses, but they have simply made it impossible. Seeking out a simple question on what finish they would use for metal roof paint as I tried to find a product that would best work, the childish individual at the counter took opportunities to laugh at my lack of awareness of which finish I wanted, to repeat himself for his own amusement and to ultimately tell me that I'd be better off going to Home Depot to get that kind of advice. I did so and will not return, unless there is some sort of festivity to celebrate a more value-added company in place of this sad waste of prime real estate. I hope they get their act in order for their sake and truly wonder how they survive with this level of customer service. Actually, upon asking them that question before leaving, they said "they don't know" in a smart aleck manner and arrogantly laughed. Possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had. I recommend avoiding this place without exception.

This place is a rip off, the people who work there don't have any social skills and are rude. They charge an arm and a leg for every little repair...do yourself a favor, take your mower somewhere else. I will never use them again!

I found these guys to be exceptionally helpful, since I was sent to buy something I didn't know anything about , so I described what I needed, and , after a phone call, we found it !! really , this is a great place to go "

After the tune up on my working lawn mower, I had a lawn mower that did not work properly at all. I took it back THREE MORE TIMES, paid them another $100 and the lawn mower is still not working right. When I called them and told them I wanted a refund, they said they would not refund my money but I could bring it back again for them to look at it. ARE THEY KIDDING?? They hung up on me twice also during this horrible experience. DO NOT use this store or repair service. You will be wasting money and treated rudely. At my place of business, if I acted towards customers the way these people do, I would be fired immediately. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!

This family runs a business with just them as the employees. They are hard working people. They run it all by themselves. They are doing something right to have been in business close to 40 years. People are quick to point out the negative, but fail to see the positives. I guess that's America, right? Before you judge people, make sure you're perfect or better yet, try walking in their shoes. This family posses a lot of great qualities and without them, they wouldn't be able to run a successful business for so long. They are honest, caring, determined, focused, persistent, assertive, and most of all, knowledgeable. They know their products. When you shop at Roswell Hardware you can expect that they will be able to answer any question you have about the product you're buying. You can get that kind of knowledge at a big-box store.

I bought a Stihl blower vacuumn attachement and wanted to return it as it did not work as advetised. They refused to accep the return. I contacted the Stihl rep in the area and he talked to them and they will take my return. When I went back, the guys at Roswell Hardware were incredibly rude and agressive. They even said "we don't like your kind" and told me never to come back. Unbelievable! Certainly I will never go back, and I advise all civilized people to stay away!

Outrageous! I suddenly had the opportunity to go and help with the tornado cleanup in Alabama and called Roswell Hardware to see if there was any chance they could do a quick service on my chain saw. They told me they were very busy and that I should have thought about it a COUPLE OF DAYS AGO. You can do what you want but as for me I wouldn't take a dog collar to these people now. These people need to get their head out of their butt and grow some compassion and sensitivity.

They sell/service a great quality line - Stihl. I have purchased a Kombi-system with hedge trimmer and chain saw attachment. Also purchased a chainsaw and can't state how happy I am with the Stihl products. Purchased from both sales/service people and they both took me in the back and reviewed how to operate the the products I bought. Before I left they made sure I didn't have any questions. They really know their products and definitely provide great customer service I cannot recommend them enough.
