If I could give this urgent care a negative number, I would. My daughter was brought in and treated for strep. We fully informed the staff of her antibiotic allergies and shared which one has worked in the past. When we reached the pharmacy, we discovered that the script that had been called in was one she was allergic to. We called and again explained her allergy and what medication she could take. The doctor informed me she knew best and called in another drug. My daughter had the worst reaction of her life. She is now on three medications just to control the allergic reaction. If you care about your kids , go elsewhere.

We went to Roswell UC after my teenage son injured his big toe. The front office staff is very friendly and we only waited a few minutes to see the doctor. The nurse was also very friendly. Unfortunately, Dr. Dennis is not friendly like her staff and didn't show a very caring demeanor. She x-rayed my son's foot and told us it was broken, though she did not show me the films. She buddy-taped his toe and put him in a boot, and told us to follow up with an ortho in a week. When I talked to our regular doc for a follow-up, she asked for the radiology report. I hadn't received one, so I called RUC and specifically said, "Please fax the radiology report to my doctor." The receptionist said, "No problem!" My doctor instead received only the notes from Dr. Dennis that said his toe was fractured.. My doctor called RUC to specify she needed to see the radiologist's report, and was told they don't send the x-rays to be read by a radiologist unless requested by the patient. At no point during the visit or my later phone call did they tell me that I had to request for a radiologist to see the films. I assumed it would be automatically done like every other x-ray I've had ... my mistake. My doctor doesn't even see a fracture on the films, though she says she must consult a radiologist to be sure. With no reliable diagnosis or treatment recommendation, and with poor follow-through on the xray process, our visit to RUC was a waste of time and co-pay.

Please stay away from here! Dr. Dennis is the most unprofessional Dr I have ever met! She shouldn't be practicing medicine. Not sure how she even was able to get her license?! She is the owner here, and very rude and argumentitive. She came in quick plopped down on a chair on her knees like a 10 year old and didn't greet me or aknowledge me at all! She barely looked at me to examine me and then left the room for 20 mins. No explanation!!! I had already waited almost an hour and there wasn't anyone there except one other person!! She gave meds to me that can affect my arrythmia even after I told her about it. Dangerous!!! And then she walked out without even talking or discussing meds with me or what I was comfortable taking etc. Crazy! I have seen other reviews about her being the same way. Very Very BAD!!! AVOID!! Go to the new Smartcare up the street. They are amazing!!!!! I hope Dr. Dennis takes a good look at what she's doing and how she treats patients. She needs to get out of medicine and be somewhere that she doesnt' have to help people who are sick.

I got hurt at my jobsite and this is where they sent me. I hadn't even been to an urgent care before. I thought maybe they only saw people who were hurt at work or something. Lol. I was wrong. They see all kinds of people. Dr. Denis was nice and she sewed up my foot. I had x-rays and stuff but it still really didn't take all that long. Now that I know she's here, I'll come back when I get sick. I hope it's not too soon though.

We have been going to Roswell Urgent Care for years and have nothing but positive experiences. The doctors there have become our family MD's. We are always treated professionally by knowledgeable doctors. I recommend this office to everyone.

I've been to this location several times, and all of the doctors and nurses I've worked with have been very helpful, informative, friendly and caring. I now go out of my way to visit this clinic over others, given the superior care and attention I've received.

I went to Roswell Urgent Care when I was sick with a sinus infection and the service was wonderful! The woman at the front, Sheila, was very helpful answering my insurance questions. The medical assistant Megan made me feel so comfortable when she took my vitals. Dr Dennis explained my illness and gave me several prescriptions to take care of my sinus infection, and I felt great the next day. She even told me where to go for the free antibiotics. Thanks Dr Dennis!

We found Roswell Urgent Care when my husband could not get a same-day appointment with our PCP. I called the office and they confirmed that they accept most insurance, and told me we could make an appointment online. WOW!! We arrived at appointment time and were seen straight away - no wait. Dr. Andrea was fantastic - so thorough and very kind and caring. Just wish they could be our PCP :( Oh, Did I mention that you can make an appointment online? Fantastic!!!

My husband and both came down with the flu this year. I called my GP and he told me to wait it out! I was so congested that I got vertigo....I couldn't care for my (2) children. We decided to got to the Roswell Urgent Care. She prescribed an antibiotic, steroid and vertigo/nausea medication. I was back on my feet the very next day! She knows her stuff and is not a doctor to make you suffer!!! I wish I could use her as my GP! Very impressed!!!!!!

Almost 2 weeks ago I posted a review for this clinic - I had a sinus infection. The doctor prescribed the antibiotic Bactim DS. When I asked about possible side effects, she said just to try to stay out of the sun. Well, instead of taking this drug for the full 14 days, I stopped taking it last night after 11 days because of continually feeling nauseous. Today I am covered in a rash all over my body - head to toe. I just googled Bactim DS, and there were over 300 negative reviews that related to a rash plus other bad symptoms - and the rash typically occurs right after the drug is discontinued. As far as the clinic doctor goes, I think she should have been more informative when I specifically asked about side effects of this drug. And apparently my reaction is not unusual at all.

This is the first urgent care I have ever been to in GA. Before I moved I went to one in FL but it seemed more like a community health department. This place was NICE. It was clean, the people were friendly and the doctors actually cared! Who knew? I hope I don't get sick anytime soon... but if I do, I'm DEFINITELY coming back here again!

This is the best walk-in clinic that I have been to. I have been to several over the years and this is the best....I only had to wait about 5 minutes, and was in and out of there quick. I just wish that they would be my primary care physicians!!
