Incompetent - Uncooperative
Rotary Man of Toledo Ohio completed work that leaks (simple copper sweat) and would not return calls requesting they make the situation correct. It took the company three different trips to "have the right tool" on the truck to start the work. When the leak was discovered they passed off the repair call to someone else who would "call us back" three different times. They never called.
