On January 2nd I discovered one my toilets plugged beyond help from a plunger. I had already noticed my sink leaking when the dishwasher ran, so I decided to call a plumber. I tried to get Parker and Son's, but they were too busy so I called Roto Rooter. The guy showed up and charged me $180.000!! to unplug my toilet. He looked at the sink and said he fixed it by blowing out a drain line. He said he would come back if I had another problem within ten days. On January 9th I noticed the sink leaking again and called back at 2:30 PM. SIX HOURS LATER and six phone calls to them, and he came back. He denied ever fixing the sink and said he would now fix it for $340.00. I told him I wasn't going to pay him anymore money and pointed out he said to call back if there was a problem within ten days. He again denied ever fixing the sink and he walked out. I called his supervisor and he refused to take care of the problem, claiming that $180.00 to unplug a toilet was a normal charge. The next day I called Parker & Son's and they fixed the sink for $69.00! Don't let these people near your house. Especially FRANK the crook that worked on my house.
