Worst Experience EVER!!!! My bridesmaid ordered her dress more than two months before my wedding. When she called after a month the lady told her it had been shipped. She still didn't receive it so she called again. The lady said they didn't have her size. She continued to call than they said they were shipping it out. These people were rude, they lied, they were unprofessional, they gave us the runaround constantly, and cause much undo STRESS for what is supposed to be an enjoyable time. The dress finally came fifteen days before the wedding but that was pushing it too close. Their prices ARE NOT WORTH THEIR HASSEL!!! take a different route! Order locally from a well reputable company!!!!

This particular customer checked availability on her chosen dress in early June. The 4th, and last, bridesmaid did not order until the end of July. By that time, the dress had gone out of stock - hence the delay on her order. We always strongly suggest that all maids order together to keep just such a situation from happening. The dress did, in fact, arrive approximately 3 weeks before her event. The customer just neglected to pick the package up at the post office when it arrived.
