Ben and Justin came to our home on Saturday to snake our main sewer drain. Ben gave me all the different scenarios and options. I asked a few questions, was given the pricing and signed their... invoice to authorize requested work. Ben made the first attempt and I had told him it usually takes two or three passes. We have thirty foot trees in the front yard which the pipes go under but the blockage is always near the street (at the edge of our property). Ben turned it over to Justin to make the next pass and wahlaa - SUCCESS!!! Thank you to Jessica for keeping us informed when they would arrive which was the exact time we were told and for Ben and Justin for taking time to spend on our finicky pipes that need TLC to get them to cooperate. Price was right in line with all the other quotes I received and the best part was they came and accomplished the necessary work to get us flowing again. THANKS GUYS....GREAT JOB!!!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
After sending another plumber away due to his unprofessional demeanor and OUTLANDISH quote, I called Royal Flush because of their excellent reviews. What a wonderful experience with Brandon of Royal... Flush. He immediately looked at my leaking faucet and repaired and replaced the kitchen faucet. Brandon was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and, went over and above his job. He was very nice and because of the excellent service from the office staff and Brandon, Royal Flush will be my plumbers for any future jobs. I also want to add that the first plumber I sent on his way wrote up a quote for $500.00 to replace the faucet (I had already purchased on my own) because he said the pipe underneath was rusted. Brandon checked out everything and saw nothing rusted and charged me $125.00 for the job. WHAT A DIFFERENCE, and, I am grateful to God for giving me the sense to know when something is not right. Thank you again, Royal Flush!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

had a pipe bust in my basement, around 11pm, I turned off the main water value and started looking around for a plumber. I saw the ratings for Royal Flushing and decided to call. CJ arrived, around 2am, great attitude, very knowledge, and was able to fix the pipe. I was concerned about the price, but once CJ give me the price, it wasnt as bad as I expected. Besides, he came out in the middle of the night and being the single mom of 2 young children who were sleeping during all this, and would never know what happened. Thats priceless. I will always call Royal Flushing/CJ for all my plumbing needs.

These guys rescued me from a septic nightmare. I had another company that "fixed" my problem back in April and my septic had backed up into the basement twice since. I fired the first company due to lack of response and called Royal Flush. They came out and fixed the real problem at a very reasonable price. This was on a holiday weekend in the pouring rain. Even in these conditions they were focused on finding the true problem and fixing it properly instead of making a quick buck and moving to the next job. The best ever!!

I waited and waited on a plumber that I called on Friday. It was Monday before I was acknowledge. I called Royal Flush and was told I could have service the same day! I just needed my water heater replaced. A problem obviously the other company couldn't handle. Chad was really polite. He was soft spoken and listen intently as I complained about my problem. The job only took him 2 1/2 hours. Well maybe 3. But he made it so affordable that the time did not matter. I signed the invoice gladly!

I always come to Kudzu to find a good service provider. When I saw all the great reviews for this company, I called Royal Flush to make an appointment. I had a serious issue with my plumbing so I was excited when they said they could come out the next day. I waited for 3 hours like they asked and no one showed up. No one called. I called them back and thats when they informed me that they were running late and asked me if I would like to reschedule. Now you ask after I waited for hours and called you?! I reminded them that I needed someone that day. They informed me that it would be another 3 hours. Of course, again they were a no show/ no call. I had to hurry and find another company to come out to my home.

The summer brought in a heated dispair. My well pump went bad and I had absolutely no water. A neighbor recommended royal Flush to me. I called and setup an evaluation of my problem. The technician was a well manicured, very polite young man. He was friendly and very affordable. I really liked the way he carried himself. Royal Flush is a very proper and affordable company. I liked the footie covers on the young man's shoes. The quality was amazing.

We had trouble with the appointment- had to reschedule twice due to their inaccuracies. There was also some mis-q among the staff which created wrong expectations from me. The tech was nice, and they rectified their short falls.

My need was complicated but simple. I was available to have a plumber out early in the morning. Somewhere in my yard was a leak. The ground would always be soaked and my water bill was so very expensive. I needed to have the leak located. Scott was not only willing to work with me but he was also able and willing to come out at 7am! At first I though plumbers don't start working until at least 10am. But not Royal Flush! I was surprised when I saw Scott out in the middle of my yard at 6:30 in the morning. He found the leak in just under 30 minutes. I asked how soon he could start. He told me he would have to let his manager know that he would be on working on my fixing my problem that day, that minute. I love the dedication and the ethics this company has! Call the best FLUSH the rest.

I originally had problems with the installation as the technician didn't seal where the pipe entered the house. However, they have come out sealed my foundation and the envelope of my home and dealt with the employees involved. Great JOB!

I am a small cafe owner. I needed to have most of the pipes replaced in my building because they were rusty cast iron. I didn't want to pay to get the entire place done just the most important parts. Royal Flush was able to get me the things I needed. Frank was a very interesting plumber. He knew his stuff and had all the charisma of a good person. The company was a good family owned company that extended the warmth to me. Using Frank was a good idea. I was pleased at the service he gave. Royal Flush seems to have their ducks in a row.

If you are looking for a plumber that means what they say when they say “24/7” then you have come to the right place. I called these guys for a toilet over flowing into my master bedroom. It had flooded the ceiling and down into my den below. Not only were they able to get there within the hour they sent a restoration company. The guy from the restoration company arrived at the same time as the plumber. Watching them set up was amazing. My problem was fixed, my floors were repaired and my pockets were still healthy. Way to go Royal Flush! I am another satisfied customer.

I have had the pleasure of working with the professionals at Royal Flush on several occasions. Donnie did some upgrades in my master bathroom, and the work was fast, flawless, and competitively priced. Most recently, I called RF after I noticed water leaking through my ceiling - time for a new water heater. The guys arrived on time with the heater that I needed on their truck (how did they know what size I needed?), looked at the problem and got right to work. Even though the installation was tricky (up the attic, through some rafters), they got the job done and did it well. I won't hesitate to call them again...probably this week for the leak under my sink!

Talk about a good company built on ideals of integrity. Dave was a very honest and trustworthy technician. I wanted to move my gas stove to the other side of my kitchen. He took his time in assessing the hows and wheres. I was impressed at the extraordinary price he gave. The work took a day but it was amazing how well and how organized he was when the job was complete. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Taking care of a 40 year old house is a chore. Things just keep going wrong big and small. I just couldn't seem to find a plumber I could rely on when I needed one..until now. Matt, with Royal Flush, came out as promised. He didn't have the correct part for the repair but he went and picked one up, and in a very short time all was working perfectly again. Clean, courteous, fast and most of all very reasonable. I feel I now have a plumbing service I can rely on when needed. THANK YOU ROYAL FLUSH !

Slab foundations are a common type of foundation for both homes and residences. While slabs are typically the least expensive to build, there is limited access should there be the need for repairs. In slab foundation structures, the plumbing system is set up to run through the concrete slab, which is typically 6-8 inches thick. If a plumbing issue occurs—such as a slab leak—slab...Read more »
