Rug & Home

Just bought our 6th rug over 20 years from this Rug and Home. The staff is cooperative and helpful and efficient. The quality of the rugs is excellent considering the reasonable prices. We will return there for our next rug!

My husband and I had shopped Rug and Home in the mid-90s and were very pleased with the wonderful rugs that we purchased. Both rugs were name brand, current styles and 100% wool that has worn beautifully over the years. \rWe purchased a new home and after remodeling, we drove there to find the perfect rugs for our living room and bedroom. The rugs they carry are no longer brand name but are stamped in black on the back side with Rug and Home. We purchased two small room-sized rugs at over $2100 for both. These rugs were guaranteed to be of excellent quality - both in wool. \rBoth rugs have been placed in my home for over 10 months. They continue to shed at an alarming rate. The threads are not looped as described. Single threads are coming out of both rugs as they are walked on. The Rug and Home are selling the poorest quality rugs throughout their Gaffney and other store locations. Buyer beware!

I visited your Gaffney store and was pleased with the rug selection, quality and customer service that I received. Will visit again.
