I began my search for a plastic surgeon in February 2011, and met with Dr. Rusca and his staff in March 2011. I am a young cancer survivor who is now in menopause, and have suffered many physical changes that have impacted my self-esteem.

Of all the plastic surgeons I interviewed, I like Dr. Rusca the best. He is a compassionate man and a very knowledgable physician. Dr. Rusca very humorously shared that plastic surgery would not do anything to save a marriage or relationship, but would only augment the body. I appreciated his matter-of-fact approach, and listened intently as he described my surgical options.

His staff is nothing short of amazing. Each of them are absolutely wonderful, kind and very open to helping you choose the best decisions for your procedure.

Now two months past surgery, I LOVE the work that Dr. Rusca has done for me. During our initial meetings, Dr. Rusca told me that he would not be the surgeon to augment my body in ways that appeared unnatural or uneven; he was/is very dedicated to enhancing features of the body. And I can honestly say that the work he has done is simply beautiful, and has helped me regain the confidence I thought was lost after fighting cancer.

If you are searching for an excellent plastic surgeon who will be honest, funny and passionately dedicated to creating an even more beautiful body, you will not find a better choice than Dr. Rusca.

I was reviewing this site and read with astonishment the last review from a women who had her lips injected by Dr Rusca.. I have see Dr Rusca several times as well family and friends. Dr Rusca is known to give his patient's a natural healthy look. I think someone who would write such a review is someone who is generally unhappy with her appearance. I suspect she is not that attractive and is projecting her unhappiness onto the surgeon. Anyway, Dr Rusca is known for his beautiful work. If you could see my friends and family, I think we look great and natural. Further more Michele,[office manager] has always been lovely to us and not sure why this unhappy lady take a cheap pot shot at her. Oh well that is what happens, I guess, when you have to deall with the general public-- you get all kinds. NH

Getting calf implants was a really big serious decision for and finding the right DR was too! I researched and found Dr Rusca, he answered all my questions and his staff were very helpful and friendly. Im pleased to say now 6 months later i couldnt be more happier. It gave my lower legs more shape and fuller! The results come out fantastic!! I would recommend Dr Rusca and his staff to anyone who is looking to do any kind of cosmetic enhancement!!

I was very nervous when I decided to get breast implants at the age of 48. Dr. Rusca was very professional and informative. Everyone in the office and surgery center was very helpful and friendly.It has been 7 weeks since my surgery and I am extremely happy with the results.

Given the seriousness of the decision to get calf implants, I obviously took time to research and get feedback on a number of doctors. Now, six weeks after the surgery, I am pleased to say that the results I received from Dr. Rusca's efforts have far exceeded my expectations. Not only am I thrilled with the physical appearance of the implants, but I have received an unexpected psychological boost as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Rusca and his staff for any one considering this major cosmetic enhancement.
