Having been frustrated with other local vets, I found this facility to be refreshing I have now been there 4 times and from the receptionists, groomer, technicians and doctors it is evident they are all true animal lovers and inspite of their clean and beautiful facility, they are very reasonably priced

We have been a loyal client for over 6 years. In fact, we were one of the first customers at Russell Ridge (before they opened two other clinics). In the past three years or so, the service and the communication to the client has declined. The care for my animals has been okay but no one in the front or back communicates with each other. I attribute a lot of that to the fact that they have gotten so big as a business. There is a high turn-over of staff and too many clinics to really take a personal interest like they did when it was just the one clinic. We have had our dogs given meds they did not need, had them boarded together even though we specifically requested them not to be and were contacted while on a vacation and were left a message to call asap about our dogs. Unfortunately, we received the message on a Sat after they closed and then had to worry about our dogs until Monday. The issue was that their ears were dirty.... seriously?!

We take our 3 dogs here, and the office is fully staffed, with several vets, so getting an appt. ASAP is not ever a problem. A bit more expensive than some other vets, but they have provided the best care for our pets that we have found yet. They truly cared about our dogs' needs and always went the extra mile. Thanks!

Excellent Vet. The office staff is always very nice. A little pricey. They seem to charge for everything, including a nail trim (my other vet did this as free of charge). Always let you know what is going on with phone calls.

With 4 dogs and a cat, you can best believe I spend alot of time at the vet's office. I like the staff at Russel Ridge, And the Dr's seem sincere. My animals don't mind visiting the vet. When I lost a pet in the past, I was even sent a sympathy card from one of the girls out front. That touched my heart and made me believe that the staff really cares.
