Their prices were very good to have my house's exterior painted. I'm sure I could have found lower, but I only got quotes from painting companies with either great reviews or great recommendations from friends.

Their work was quick and thorough.

The only con would be that they forgot to re-install a few window screens. I didn't notice for a few months until my HOA complained. A quick call to S&C and they were out in the next day or two to fix their error. Their excellent customer service puts them over the top and I'll easily recommend them to others.

A neighbor recommended S&C. I had the standard 3 quotes done and they weren't the most inexpensive, but they were the ones I felt the most comfortable with. I needed a few minor carpentry repairs prior to painting and the cost was very reasonable for that portion. They did a great job prepping the house and touching up any areas we felt needed a second look. The crew was professional and responsive.
