Not flexible and not too concerned about it
Avoid this company. There are plenty of other choices. We had a very difficult time reconciling the number of lessons we believed we were entitled to with the number our teacher aparently reported to the company. We also had 2 instances, one where we had a dying cat and another where a nasty stomach virus hit the house, and had to reschedule at the last minute but the company did not find our excuses "legitimate". We believed we missed 2-3 lessons and offered to settle for a refund of the price of one lesson and were denied. Too many other places to go to suffer this kind of hassle over $45.
