I cut the cord after the unnamed monster cable company raised my rates 47%. Turned out to be such a blessing because I was fortunate enough to get Ed. I learned so much in an afternoon. He is so generous with his knowledge, the breadth and depth of which just keeps on going. Now I have local stations clear as any delivery ever and more quality TV (alot without commercial interruption) than I can say grace over. Ed even left a virtual textbook of tabs on my computer that I pour over every day. There just are not words sufficient to express Ed's competence and diligence or my gratitude.

Needed to have a new Sat outlet on wall in master bedroom. Left a voice mail with Ed in the morning and he called back. He was available that afternoon. He got the splitter done and made Dish and off air signal to where I wanted to place the new set. Was very courteous and even helped me lift the flat panel and assisted in the family room adjusting my new LG 65 ef9500 OLED. Pricing was more than fair ! I would definitely recommend Ed .

I decided to cut the cord and found SATPRO on Google. I exchanged a couple of emails and then called Ed. I knew when I was speaking with Ed he was very knowledgable. We set up an appointment and he showed up on time. He spent four plus hours completing the install and then taking plenty of time to explain everything I needed to know about using my free service! We picked up over 70 channels open air. Ed then took the time to show me everything I needed to get started with Internet streaming. I am super impressed with SATPRO and highly recommend their service if you are considering cutting the cord!

I called this company , very cordial and friendly. Informative ,and explained it to my understanding it. Within 2 days I had my antenna installed , after initial contact. Up and running,no more paying out hard earned money, we are saving 150.00 dollars a month! Cable and satellite companies don't care about the consumer. CUT THE CORD ! Thanks Ed. Great service !

Ed came and put an antenna on my roof and connected to my TV. Reception is now excellent, and I get so many channels. He kept me informed of his schedule and got to me earlier than he originally said he could. He was on time and explained everything about the installation and how I could get the best TV through the air and over the internet. His website is very helpful, too. Great value for the money.

Called and spoke to owner(Ed) We made an appointment for the following afternoon.He arrived on time did the pre-install test. Everything checked out. We went ahead with the install. WOW beautiful picture on 65 plus or minus channels. Ed did a through job including scanning all 4 TV's. He even labeled all the coax at the junction box. We are completly satisfied and have already recommended him to our POA/HOA. I would highly recommend Ed and the HDTV antenna. Already dis-connected my $65 a month Cable. No more monthly charges. Ed repositioned my digital antenna from the attic to a mast mount on the roof. Reception is now great, MUCH better than the attic mount. Customer service was wonderful, via e-mail, phone and of course in person. If you want to dump cable or satellite, the man knows his stuff! I will not hesitate to recommend SATPRO Atlanta to others.

I was thrilled to get free HD TV! Ed was polite, took his time getting things right, and left with a quality job complete! I never once felt like he was rushing through my job to get to the next appointment. He went the extra mile to be sure I understood everything. Also, he was meticulous about the antenna placement for the purpose of signal and asthetics. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our DirecTV went out Saturday night and after 2 hours of searching for the part they thought it was, gave up and they said they could get her Wednesday. I called DirecTV back Sunday morning and they couldn't help (remember this was Super Bowl Sunday and we were in a state of panic). Ed called and walked me through fixing the problem just in time for the game. He is my hero!!! By the way, wasn't what DirecTV said it was at all...he knew that immediately :) Very Professional!!! I recommend him HIGHLY!!!

I followed the instructions on the website and sent an email with the requested information to find out if I could successfully use an antenna. I heard back quickly, and followed up with a phone call. I had already done a lot of research, and had tried out a small interior antenna, so I knew my reception looked promising (even though AntennaWeb did not!). We arranged for a later install date. I tried calling a couple of times the week beforehand and didn't hear back, so I emailed, and firmed up a time. He spent about 3.5 hours working on my install. What I especially liked about him was that he worked with me as a team. He listened to my ideas and built on them. A lot of times tech people are disdainful of "amateurs," but it was great working with Ed. I learned a lot from him. He also put a lot of effort into getting me the absolute best signal possible (I think he walked every square inch of my roof, lugging that antenna around), and we came up with a great scheme to get the signal to all my TVs. Once it was done, it worked great! We were both a little shocked at how many channels I got, since I'm almost in Kennesaw and don't have a high location. He followed up with a quick lesson on online TV options, and a followup email with a long list of streaming video stations. I was very satisfied, especially when I turned in all my equipment to Comcast and left with a smug smile on my face!
