Arrived at 10am, 6 - 7 people standing outside a closed door on the 18th floor, at 10:15 one person arrives and is "shocked" that no one else is there. After awhile the door opens, we are let into the waiting room, given a long form to fill out, and told that other counselors may or may not be on the way. We were given the option of waiting around or rescheduling. This was a total waste of time and very unprofessional especially for an organization that is purports to give business advice but sadly typical of a government program. Lots of questions about minorities and ethnicity but no one available for appointments scheduled weeks in advance. No concern that people might have taken time off from work, paid for parking, and spent time in preparation for a counseling session.
