We used to buy hourly support from different IT companies, until we came across skyhive. They showed us how their support model fits perfectly into our budget and needs. We are saving more money and dont have to worry about finding someone to fix things anymore. skyhive is always proactively taking care of what we dont want to take care of. their helpdesk is also pretty good, but it seems like they are still building their website. when it is finshed we expect everything to be even better then it is now. thanks skyhive.
