Thorough, knowledgeable, and professional.
Solid Foundation did a fantastic job at inspecting our prespective home. He found several items that we hadn't noticed, despite walking the house several times. The report was extremely detailed, the photos helped drastically, and we were more than satisfied with the service. In the end, Martin's services made us realize that the condition of the home was not as advertised and we walked away - saving us thousands. We will definitely being asking Solid Foundation to inspect our next home!

A real, solid inspection!
We are very satisfied with the thorough inspection Martin did on the property we thought was perfect for us. We ended up backing out on the purchase but hopeful that the house he's going to inspect for us next time, will be IT! Competent and detail oriented
Martin did our home inspection in September. He was prompt and worked our last minute inspection into his schedule without a question. He spent a good amount of time on the inspection and highlighted some important areas of concern. He identified a few key safety issues we were able to get the seller to repair prior to the closing, and other issues that we would need to address prior to moving in. His report was very informative and helpful, and certainly gave us a thorough introduction to our new property.

Top Quality!!!
We could not be happier with the inspection service Martin provided us prior to the move-in of our new construction home. The inspection was extremely thorough and detailed. Once he had completed his inspection he walked us around the property to give us a first hand glimpse of the issues he had found as well as explaining them in detail.
The report that was provided to us was very professional and easy to read. We were extremely impressed! All issues were documented in detail with color photographs and notes of the problem areas. Many other details and additional information were provided to help us look into further details of possible hidden issues.
If you are looking for a very knowledgeable and professional home inspection service, look no further than Martin and Solid Foundation. We will definitely be recommending him to our friends in the future.
