SOLID FOUNDATION Home Inspection Service

Martin did our home inspection in September. He was prompt and worked our last minute inspection into his schedule without a question. He spent a good amount of time on the inspection and highlighted some important areas of concern. He identified a few key safety issues we were able to get the seller to repair prior to the closing, and other issues that we would need to address prior to moving in. His report was very informative and helpful, and certainly gave us a thorough introduction to our new property.

We could not be happier with the inspection service Martin provided us prior to the move-in of our new construction home. The inspection was extremely thorough and detailed. Once he had completed his inspection he walked us around the property to give us a first hand glimpse of the issues he had found as well as explaining them in detail.

The report that was provided to us was very professional and easy to read. We were extremely impressed! All issues were documented in detail with color photographs and notes of the problem areas. Many other details and additional information were provided to help us look into further details of possible hidden issues.

If you are looking for a very knowledgeable and professional home inspection service, look no further than Martin and Solid Foundation. We will definitely be recommending him to our friends in the future.

Martin does a VERY thorough job. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We said we needed the report back quickly and he got it back to us the same day! Really amazing work - get the pictures they are extremely helpful. We would highly recommend Martin to anyone!!

Martin is great, very easy to work with. Allowed me to follow him around pointing out the issues to me. Everything was documented in detail with photos highlighting the problem areas. I feel much better about my house purchase after he inspected everything. Highly recommended!

From Mustafa: Solid Foundation is the best! Martin showed up so well prepared for the home inspection that both real estate agents (ours and the seller's) were impressed. He had instruments and gauges hanging from a very heavy-looking tool belt and a ladder to boot. Martin spent 4-5 hours inspecting every inch of the 2550 square foot house and explained everything to us at the end of the inspection. He took very detailed notes as he went along on his notebook computer. Very knowledgeable and thorough, he generated a 38-page report that covered everything, complete with pictures and detailed recommendations, which he sent to us the next day. The real estate agents on both sides and the seller said they would use him in the future for their own inspections as well (both agents have been in the real estate business 20+ years). We are definitely keeping this one in the "rolodex" for future reference.

Martin was flexible, worked with my schedule, but most important gave me a thorough report. it was well worth getting a professional report with accompanying photographs to work with for the renovation i was doing. he did not overlook anything and was patient in answering all my questions.

Martin was very prompt and thorough. He worked with us on a flexible schedule. His skills and standards are top notch. He saved us from making a $300,000 mistake. He has my highest recommendation to anyone needing a home inspection.

Martin did an excellent job inspecting the house! He showed up on time, inspected for about 3 1/2 hours and then walked us around to point out all of the major items of concern. Early the next morning we got the full 37 page report. We definitely recommend you use Martin as your inspector!
