SWAT Services did an amazing job repairing the water damage in my kitchen. Their inspector arrived on time, surveying the damage and asked questions to ensure all areas of the repair would be included in their quote. The quote was emailed to me within a few hours for approval. Their crew arrived on time, completed the work in record time; and returned a day after completion to review their work before closing out the job. The kitchen looks fantastic! I found Swat on the BBB website with an A+ rating. They definitely got it right. I could not be more satisfied with the service and repair, and would definitely refer SWAT to my friends and co-workers.

I have been using SWAT for termite protection for many years. They do a great job. I needed a new roof so I called them. Did a great job on the roof but totally destroyed my gutter helmets( I should have called gutter helmet to remove them before the reroof.) Gary told me they knew how to deal with them. When I had them replaced we found a box full of shingles, paper, and even a board covered up by the helmets. They also had a dumpster in my driveway for one week. I finaly called for a pickup myself. other than that the quality of the new roof install was excellent. If you have gutter helmets and need a new roof, call gutter helmet. they will remove and replace them. Update: Heard from the company. Doing all they can to make me happy.

We have used SWAT Services for many years for our pest and termite control and have been extremely pleased by all aspects of the service we have received from them. SWAT also does general construction work, so two years ago we contacted them to power wash and stain our deck; they did and excellent job. Last month we decided to have our house painted and a number of repairs made and, of course, contacted SWAT. Frank came to review everything on our list and SWAT took care of all it seamlessly. We also had some plumbing problems that David, a master plumber, skillfully repaired - without breaking our bank account. Now our house is in tip-top-shape. PS SWAT personnel are extremely dog oriented. My dog is always thrilled when Aaron, our pest and termite control technician, comes to service our house.

Chuck of SWAT has serviced our pest control needs for many years. He also takes care of our termite prevention. He does a great job and comes back promptly if there is a problem between our 3 month service.
Family members also use Chuck.

I have used SWAT since 2004. Chuck is my rep who doesn't hesitate to go the extra mile. He is knowledgeable, competent and has interpersonal skills that can't be beat. The office staff should be "poster children" for great customer service!
