Safe Buy Home Inspection

John did an outstanding job inspecting an old home in much need of repair. His inspection was thorough, prompt (I received the report the next day) and a great value. I would recommend him to anyone thinking of purchasing a home.

John did an excellent job.
He was very professional, courteous, and came at a great price.
Not only did he point out the deficiencies, but also what may have caused them, the consequences that they can have, and recommended actions to correct them.
I highly recommend him and will personally use him again for any future inspections.

Being a first time home buyer I wanted to make sure I got the best inspector around. After doing a decent amount of research I called Safe-Buy and from the beginning John made me feel comfortable. He told me everything I wanted to know about the house and answered all my questions. He made sure to go back when he said he was going to and found out things we needed found out. Highly recommend him!

Not only was John on time, he was ~30 mins early! Very well prepared. He did a very thorough inspection, not only pointing out deficiencies, but going into detail what could have caused them, COAs, and his opinion. Very polite and very reasonably priced.

Mr. Fordyce arrived early, was very professional and honest. I would recommend him. He told me what I could expect and his written report was very thorough.
