Safe Harbor Money Management

Without reservation, I highly recommend Safe Harbor Money Management as a real estate company for anyone. We primarily worked with Sergio Casas-Silva, whom I cannot say enough positive things about. He was highly professional and knowledgable beyond expectation, about all aspects of the home searching and buying process. He went above and beyond for my husband and myself. This was our first home-buying experience and we had a lot to learn. Sergio was very respectful about explaining things we didn't understand, and would explain things very clearly. He never tried to rush us on or into any part of the deal; Sergio was very patient and kind. We did use the services of both Alfonso and Geno (the other partners in the company), who were also very helpful, knowledgable, and kind.
We had a few complicated situations arise and Sergio guided us through them all with poise and expertise. At every step of the way Sergio was beyond helpful in every way. I highly recommend him and the company to you. Thank you Sergio and Safe Harbor Money Management for a job well done! I know that the company will continue to do well because of the high level of excellent service provided.

THANK YOU, you are amazing! I can honestly say that if it was not for Sergio I would not have been able to short-sale my home and it would surely have gone to foreclosure. Wells Fargo and Citibank made it their mission to make this process as difficult as possible. They placed obstacle after obstacle in front of us up until the very last hour. Sergio was an excellent and most importantly, tenacious and resourceful negotiator. That is what it takes to wade through the incompetent and apathetic bank employees assigned to negotiate with you in the process. Sergio impressed me time and time again when I thought for sure the short-sale would not go through. He is very knowledgeable of the current laws and programs regarding short-sales and that is important. I tend to be a micro-manager when it comes to these matters but after exhausting myself trying to save my home, I was very relieved to feel that Sergio knew exactly what he was doing and needed no hand holding. I would 100% recommend Safe Harbor Money Management services to anyone and can tell you that the agents working on the buyers behalf were quite impressed with his skills too. Thank you again!!!

We never thought that we would own a home again. Sergio Casas-Silva and Safe Harbor Money Management changed that. First, they took the time to understand our needs and lifestyle. We saw a variety of homes that were very attractive and pursued the one that had everything we wanted. The home itself is beautiful but the bus around the corner, shops within walking distance, and breath-taking lake steps away made it perfect. We chose the loan that best fit our situation and moved in with ease. They were very patient, worked hard, and put us first at all times. They even assisted us in getting contractors to put in upgrades. Our quality of life changed when we bought this home. Thank you, Sergio and Safe Harbor Money Management, for everything!
