A blend of South African native Sean Lupton-Smith, and friends from the American South, SAGA finds the common ground in cuisine between the New South and South Africa. Chef Drew Van Leuvan brings the best of both worlds together in an adventurous, but somehow familiar way.
"The pride and heritage of Southern cooking is very similar to the way we South Africans approach and respect our local fare and traditions," says Lupton-Smith.
